2014-2015 Wisconsin Shooters Basketball “Boys” Team Guidelines
Player Fees include:
1. 15+ Team Practices
2. Included minimum of 4 team training sessions with Taylor Jannsen of Performance Max, LLC.
3. 2nd-3rd grade 6+ events & weekly league, 4th-7th grade 7+ events & weekly league, 8th-11th grade 8+ events.
4. Ability to participate in some of the Nation’s top tournaments, camps and leagues.
5. Discounted Rate for Wisconsin Shooters Basketball events, Performance Max & Athlete Performance training.
6. Expert instruction and positive leadership from our Coaches.
7. Recognition for teams and individuals on our many social networking platforms such as Facebook, Twitter,
YouTube and the Wisconsin Shooters Basketball website (www.wishooters.com)
8. Coaches fees and expenses.
9. Uniform
Single team offered at age group & White teams;
2nd -3rd Grade Player Fees; $600 - Multiple Children Discount: $50 off
4th-7th Grade Player Fees; $700 - Multiple Children Discount: $50 off
8th-11th Grade Player Fees; $800 - Multiple Children Discount: $100 off
Red teams;
2nd -3rd Grade Player Fees; $500 - Multiple Children Discount: $50 off
4th-7th Grade Player Fees; $600 - Multiple Children Discount: $50 off
8th-11th Grade Player Fees; $700 - Multiple Children Discount: $100 off
• $250 non-refundable deposit within 7 days of your verbal commitment
• $250 non-refundable deposit due by Monday, November 17, 2014
• Remaining balance due by Monday, January 26, 2015 or your spot will be filled!
Sponsorship Discount; Families who arrange for new business or individual sponsorships in 2015 will receive a dollar
amount off of their child’s 2015 player fee. Sponsorships are recognized for one year from the date of deposit. Below is a
breakdown of discounts offered.
• $500-$999 sponsorship; receive $200 off your 2015 player fee.
• $1,000-$1,499 sponsorship; receive $300 off your 2015 player fee.
• $1,500+ sponsorship; receive $400 off your 2015 player fee.
Multiple Children Discount; If you have multiple children in the program, a discount will be applied to each child’s player
fee. For players in grades 8-11, take $100 off; for players in grades 2-7, take $50 off. (i.e. Child 1: Team Fee of $800 would
be $700, Child 2: Team Fee of $600 would be $650)
Playing Time:
We are a competitive program and the players are unlikely to play the same amount of time in every game.
However, coaches will look for opportunities to “balance” playing time during the course of the season.
Coaches may determine playing time based on a player’s ability, attitude, attendance and participation in practice.
Any amount of playing time during games is NOT guaranteed.
Attendance For Practices/Leagues/Tournaments:
Attendance at all practices and tournaments is ALWAYS PREFERRED! Transportation to and from events such as
practices or games is the parent’s responsibility first. If a parent cannot provide transportation for their child, they must
arrange transportation with other parents. Coaches are NOT required to provide transportation for your child.
Coaches may be contacted if other families cannot provide assistance.
If you are competing with another AAU team:
If you choose to play for another AAU team causing you to miss a practice/ tournament with the Wisconsin
Shooters because you are with your other AAU team, you will be given a verbal warning. If it happens a
second time, you will be dismissed from our program with NO REFUNDS!
Uniforms/Apparel:
Requests for specific numbers will NOT be accepted. It is the player’s responsibility to maintain the uniform in acceptable
condition and launder it at least weekly during the season. We will also offer optional spirit wear for purchase online.
The Recruiting Process:
1. U14-U17 teams; Team and player profiles on our website (www.wishooters.com)
2. Assistance in writing letters of interest and letters of recommendation to coaches and colleges
3. Local and National tournaments our teams will enter increasing your chances of exposure

submitting your down payment and returning this document signed completes the invite acceptance process for your child.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Please review and sign the Terms of Participation for the Wisconsin Shooters Basketball. (“Wisconsin Shooters”).
All the information above is incorporated into the Terms of Participation.
I acknowledge that there is a risk to my child’s personal health by participating in physical activities with the
Wisconsin Shooters and agree to hold harmless and forever discharge the Wisconsin Shooters and any of it’s
assistant coaches, volunteers, agents, employees, subcontractors, and representatives from all claims, demands,
and causes of action and from any liability for any and all injuries which may be incurred while participating physical
activities with the Wisconsin Shooters.
I acknowledge that the Wisconsin Shooters require all participants to have their own medical insurance. If at any
point my child becomes uninsured, I will notify the Wisconsin Shooters as soon as possible. I further agree that I
will not allow my child to participate without medical insurance. I agree to notify the Wisconsin Shooters as soon as
possible if my child has or develops any physical condition, injury, or impairment that will effect my child’s ability to
safely participate in physical activity.
I agree to lease a uniform (jersey, short) owned by the Wisconsin Shooters on behalf of my child and will return the
leased items the end of the 2014 playing season. If I fail to return the uniform (jersey, short), I agree to pay $100
as a replacement fee for those items ($50 for each item).
I grant the Wisconsin Shooters permission to use my child’s likeness in a photograph in its publications, including
website entries, without payment or any other consideration. I agree to notify the Wisconsin Shooters if I wish for
any photograph of my child to be removed.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand all of the team rules and requirements present
by the Wisconsin Shooters.
