Apprenticeships
If you feel like you are ready for a change in career or starting to
think about improving your work prospects, what better place
to start than developing your English and maths skills?
As an apprentice you can earn as you learn and gain practical
skills and qualifications from your workplace.
We offer a range of courses for all different levels of learning and our Functional
English and maths courses are FREE for eligible learners. Our new flexible
rolling start dates enable you to join a class at any time throughout
the year, so if you are thinking about starting a college course or want to
improve your employability skills, courses are tailored to meet your needs.
The Adult Learning and Skills Service can help you find a job by providing FREE
training and work experience with local employers in the following sectors:
