Dear Friends,
We cordially invite you to the HON. TOM FOREHAND
MEMORIAL CHARITY GOLF CLASSIC TO BENEFIT SURF
to be held on Monday, June 1, 2015 at Princess Anne Country
Club. Proceeds from this special event will benefit Schellhammer
Urological Research Foundation (SURF) and our mission to improve
urological care in our community and beyond through excellence in
research, education and innovative health care. Our goal is to make
the SURF GOLF CLASSIC one of the premier charity events in
Virginia.
For the enjoyment of golfers, the field will be limited to the first 28
PAID teams. We anticipate a sell-out event, so please complete your
entry form and return it today, along with your check. You may also
register online and pay via credit card at SURF-1.org. Full payment
is due on or before May 1, 2015.
The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams will receive awards, and golfers
have an opportunity to win the following fabulous prizes:
•Choice of 2-year lease on a new 2015 Mercedes CLA Class or 2-year lease of new 2015 Audi A4 for 1st hole-in-one, donated by Mark Tysinger, Hampton, VA
•Round of Golf and Lunch for Four, valued at $500, donated by Princess Anne Country Club.
