Girls: 9.00 am – 12.00 pm
Boys: 11.30 am – 2.30 pm
Students must be 10 – 17 years of age by 31 December, 2015 and must be
enrolled in an affiliated Met West School.
Prior to trialling, students must submit completed forms to the convenor,
including
 parent consent form
 principal approval form
 student details/medical history form
No Forms + No Payment = No Participation
All students are to wear their district or school sports uniform when competing
at these trials. Any other representative clothing will not be allowed. This
includes Club, Metropolitan West, Queensland or Australian team apparel.
$10.00 payable to the convenor upon arrival
plus
Pool entry fees: $4.00 per competitor payable upon entry
Proper playing togs, towel and a change of clothes.
Club apparel may be worn at this trial as Water Polo Togs are deemed to be
equipment rather than apparel. (club or school togs only, not Qld or Aus)
Individual water bottle and sunscreen
Players are reminded to be sun safety conscious due to lack of shade
Kiosk available for drinks and snacks only. Please bring your own lunch.

school sports coordinator to their relevant district team. Nominations
outside of this process will not be accepted.
