Winter Programme
The Annual Communal Melava Malka took place last Motzoi
Shabbos with Guest Speaker Dayan David from Od Yossef Hai.
Thanks to our helpers before the event and on Motzei Shabbos.
The next event is the Annual Youth Shabbos which will take place on
Shabbos Parshas Yisro (6/7 February) and it will include an
innovative event for teenage girls on Friday night organised by
Nechama Libba Hepner and Shirah Greenberg which will take place
at Family Hepner 19 Holders Hill Crescent. More details next week.
Mazal Tovs
Mazal Tov to Michael & Natalie Boyar and Judith on Judith’s
engagement to Uri Newman from Golders Green.
Mazal Tov to Rafi & Karen Moss on the birth of a baby boy. The
Sholom Zochur will be at 36 Holders Hill Avenue from 8.00pm.
Mazal Tov to Hayley Douek on the Bas Mitzvah of her granddaughter Tali, daughter of Geoffrey & Allison Douek from Edgware.
Mazal Tov to Dr & Mrs Leslie Shapiro on the birth of a great

Friday Night “Cyril Posner and Marcus Fielding” Shiur
The Friday Night Shiur this week will be at the home of Family Della
39 Holders Hill Avenue from 8.15pm for 40 minutes. The Shiur this
week will be given by Shemaya Ormonde.

Hashkomoh Shiur on Shabbos
Michael Lebrett’s Shiur after the Hashkomoh Service is now learning
the topic of: “Kiddush in Shul”.
Monday Night Shiur
Just a note to all members attending, or wishing to attend, the
Monday Night Shiur given by Rabbi Cohn on Megilla. The Shiur now
takes place in the Beis Hamedrash Toras Haim.
Shacharis Starting Times
As from this week, the times of Shacharis at the First Minyan revert
to 6.30am and Tallis and Tefillin will be put on before Berochos.
Ovos U’Bonim
Ovos U’Bonim this Motzei Shabbos is at 6.30pm for approximately
one hour with learning for all children of school age with their
fathers/grandfathers (younger children can come for a shorter
period). Learning will end with a prize raffle.
Sunday Morning Shiur
Due to a bout of flu, Gershon Hepner is unable to give the Shiur.
Women’s Shiurim This Week
The Tuesday night Woman’s Shiur given by the Rabbi will take place
at Family Stemmer, 67 Holders Hill Avenue at 8.00pm.
