1. This is to bring to your notice that in view of the prevailing conditions concerning the H1N1
virus – the school authorities, medical staff and teachers are keeping a strict vigil on the
children reporting to the sick bay in the school. It is advised that if any sibling or member in the
family has flu then the other sibling studying in the school should not be sent to school. If a
child misses a test , UT/FA the same will be taken at a later date.
2. Students showing symptoms of flu / viral are advised not to attend the school as a
precautionary measure and parents are informed accordingly.
3. The school doctor would like the parents to note the following guidelinesKindly do not send sick children to the school with signs & symptoms given below :-
1. Fever
2. Sore throat & cough
3. Running nose
4. Diarrhorea and vomiting
5. Headache and Bodyaches
Kindly consult a physician if the above symptoms persist for a few days.
Parents are once again advised to adhere to the above mentioned points.

It is with immense pleasure that we invite you to join us for the Pre-Primary Annual Concert on 28th
Feb.’15 i.e Saturday at 6.00 p.m. in the school premises. You are requested to keep yourself free on
the above mentioned date and time and make it convenient to attend the function. Your gracious
presence will inspire the teachers & the students. Formal invitation will be sent to you shortly. In view
of limited seating capacity entry on 28th Feb.’15 would be strictly restricted to two persons per card.
Kindly note the following :


NO BUSES WILL PLY ON 27th FEB. & 28th FEB’2015 i.e FRIDAY & SATURDAY.
In order to motivate the little ones to do their best, please ensure that they are well rested
before coming to school (BOTH DAYS).
27th FEB’15 i.e FRIDAY (REHEARSAL)
 On 27th Feb.’15 i.e Friday children will not be required to come to school in the morning,
instead you are requested to drop your child at the school gate No.-1 at 4.30 p.m. and pick
him / her at 8.00 p.m from the respective class room.
 Children are required to come to school in their complete school uniform with their
I-card.
Children will be required to carry their tiffin and water bottle although light refreshments will be
provided by the school.
28TH FEB.’15 i.e SATURDAY (ANNUAL CONCERT)
 You are requested to drop your child at the school gate no.-1 at 3.30 p.m. Children must
come dressed in their full costume with proper make up i.e rouge, lipstick, eyeshadow etc.
 Children will be required to carry their tiffin & water bottle although light refreshments will be
provided by the school.
IMPORTANT NOTE
1. You are requested not to click photographs as our official photographers and videographers
will be covering the entire function.
2. No child will be handed over to the parents before the National Anthem is over. You are
requested to witness the entire show.

Kindly note
1. In view of the Pre-Primary Annual Concert Saturday, 14th Feb.’15 will be a regular working day for
the children. Buses will ply on all routes as usual.
2. School timings w.e.f 14th Feb.’2015 will be reverted to 8.00 a.m – 12.30 p.m.





FOR BUS USERS
Bus route nos. J-4, J-9, J-12, J-13 will leave school premises at 12.15 p.m sharp.
Bus route nos. J-1, J-2, J-3, J-5, J-6, J-7, J-8, J-10, J-11 will leave school premises at
12.30 p.m. sharp.
The bus timings may vary initially, kindly cooperate.
FOR NON BUS USERS
Kindly ensure that your child reaches school latest by 7.50 a.m.
Dispersal timings for Parents / Rickshaw / Van / children will be 12.15 p.m.
3. The school will remain closed on 17th Feb.’15, Tuesday on account of Mahashivratri.
