The Friday Night Dinner is discontinued henceforth as per the
Managing Council’s Decision.
1. Entries Close: Monday, 9th February 2015 @ 06.00 p.m. Telephone/Telegraphic/Fax or
E- Mail Entries will not be accepted. Entry forms without correct remittances will not be
considered.
2. Cancellation: Of Entries by Fax or Courier should reach the Council Member/s
before Tuesday, 10th February 2015. Entry Fee will not be refunded.
3. Draws: Will be posted at Hyderabad Golf Association & Secunderabad Club by
Wednesday, 11th February 2015.
4. Dinner Dress Code: Smart Casuals. The Dress Code will be strictly followed for
the Saturday Night Dinner at Hyderabad Golf Association. Any Member who does not
adhere to the Dress Code will not be permitted to attend the function.
5. Cheques or Drafts: to be drawn in favour of “The Addicts Golfing Society of Southern
India” payable at Chennai, and add Rs. 80/- as Banking Charges for Outstation Cheques.
6. All Invitation Members must complete both Singles & Doubles events, attend Dinner &
Lunch & Score a Minimum of 20 Stableford Points in the Singles to qualify for
Attendance.
