took the cell phone.
Dispo: Upon speaking with Mr. Maple, he provided several messages which were exchanged between his son and Adam Kendall
which lead Mr. Maple to believe that Adam had Hunter's phone. Contact was made with Adam and his mother Michelle Newell at
4743 Grant St in Mineral City. After a short discussion, Adam turned over Hunter's phone and stated that he received the phone
from Leroy Miner. After contact can be made with Leroy, a report will be sent to the Juvenile Prosecutor for review. The phone was

Newcomerstown PD they had a juvenile on their station who advised his mother told him to leave the home and he walked to the
PD for assistance.
Units responded to PD and spoke with Lucas Barrington, age 16. While speaking with Lucas his mother Lillian arrived at the
station. The mother was advised to contact Juvenile Probation if the problem worsened and the young man continued not listening
to his mother. There were no physical assaults, only constant arguing between the Mother and son about normal issues related to
cleaning, chores etc. around the house while other siblings do not contribute. Son went home with the Mother and the
understanding he would make an effort to resolve issues with discussion rather than leaving or refusing to discuss. Mr. Miller was
also present, but was not really involved in the discussion as he is the stepfather.

I had the text messages forwarded to the dept. cell. After reading the messages sent, I responded to the address of Lindsay
Gerber and Brody Harper. I got no answer at the door. I then made contact with a family member of Harper who explained that to
the best of their knowledge. Brody and Lindsey had not been together most of the day as they had an argument, and she kicked
him out of the shared home. Contact was able to be made with Lindsey who was now home, and upon speaking with her in
person, she admitted that she had sent the text messages to her husband indicating she was in the back of a police car, and the
kids were going into foster care unless the father came and got them as an attempt to have the father come down and babysit the
kids while she went to work. I spoke with Lindsey and attempted to ascertain why she would include law enforcement in her ploy
and she answered that she did not call any law enforcement, the father did. I am going to have this case sent for charges of
inducing panic against Lindsey and follow up on same next shift worked.

I was able to make contact with Edward Martin by phone and he explained that his wife has called and he has chosen not to
answer her calls. Edward further stated that Amanda is aware of this as they have a court hearing date, on 3-12-15 for custody of
the children. I then returned a call to Amanda who now was served with the paperwork concerning the pending hearing but still
wanted a deputy to make Edward accept her calls. I explained to her that I was not able to order Edward to talk to her or make
him have the kids talk to her. Amanda felt that was unfair and ended the call.

Hartline, began texting him that she had contacted this office reporting that he had stolen her tax check and debit card. Josh also
stated that Kimberly had told him this office was currently looking for him for the theft. Josh had stopped by the office on his way
home to explain his side of this story. I explained to Josh, that this office had not received any calls from Kimberly reporting any
type of complaint. I also told Josh to take the check home, which he said she had given him to hold on until it went to the bank,
back to her and let her be responsible for her own money.

might need a deputy at his residence, but he was not sure, then he hung up. Central called the male party back and he advised
that he needed the deputy to respond.
Units responded and made contact with Ian Blair and Jami Foster. Ian claimed that he reportedly located drug paraphernalia
under the kitchen sick of his apartment, and he stated that he believed that Jami was doing drugs again. Jami denied doing any
drugs and did not appear to be under the influence of same. Jami admitted to having a prior drug problem, but she has not used
for a long while. Ian was requested to produce the items that he reportedly located and he was unable to do same. Both Ian and
Jami could not advise the location of the alleged found paraphernalia and it had mysteriously disappeared between the time Ian
contacted Dispatch and units arrival on scene. Jami had her mom respond and transport her from the residence. The complaint

because the male appeared to be intoxicated and the female he was with told her not to.
Dispo: Upon speaking with Debbie, she stated that a regular customer (name unknown) entered the store with a male and another
female. The male appeared to be intoxicated and attempted to purchase cough syrup. Debbie refused the sale because of the
male's state and the fact that he was underage. The male became verbally aggressive towards Debbie and told her that he would
be bringing someone back that would make her sell him the cough syrup. The female who was unknown to Debbie was also
underage and attempted to purchase alcohol. When the purchases were denied, the three left the business and entered a red
Dodge Neon.
I patrolled the immediate area and was ultimately unable to locate any vehicles matching the description given. Debbie was not

Disposition: This was not a crash. The driver of the truck made the turn to fast and dropped of in the ditch. The truck was removed

I/O observed an eastbound vehicle approaching at what appeared to be a speed greater than the posted speed of 55 mph. Radar
was activated and a speed of the vehicle was locked at 70 mph.
I/O turned and the vehicle pulled off the roadway after turning on to Tabor Ridge.
The drive, Tyler Tucke, provided his OL and insurance papers, but was unable to locate a registration for the 2000 Dodge. Upon
having Central check I/O was advised the plate on the vehicle came back on another make/model. Central was also advised the
plates were to be confiscated and sent to BMV.
Central also advised Mr. Tucke was under suspension for failure to reinstate his OL.
The plates were removed from the truck and the vehicle was towed from the scene by Chad's towing.
Tucke was issued a citation for speed 70/55, suspended OL and fictitious plates.

Upon arriving at the residence, deputies were unable to make contact with anyone. The residence appeared vacant. Central
Dispatch made contact with the original caller, Rosa. She stated they are currently at CMH in Dover. R/O went to Dover and spoke
with all parties along with a counselor, Rosa was speaking with. It was determined that, Wilma Prunty, suffers from Dementia and
has crisis moments where she becomes combative. While R/O was speaking with Wilma, she appeared very disoriented and
confused about where she lives and regular daily activities. With a counselor present, Rosa stated she is able to care for her at
this time. I advised her at any time if Wilma is having a episode and being combative or uncontrollable to contact 911. Wilma is in
Rosa's and her son's care. It was strongly advised that Wilma needs to be under constant supervision or she could be a risk of
harming herself. Rosa stated she understood.
R/O contacted Dr. Williams and was advised that Wilma is currently ok and not a risk of harm to herself. R/O advised her that the

I took possession of the purse, inside I found a birth certificate, one house key, sunglasses, knife-multi-tool and miscellaneous
papers. I have attempted to use Jamin records to contact the owner, Ms. Caila Yeager, however the number listed is no longer in
service.
I contacted Canton Police Department and requested they attempt to make contact with Ms. Yeager at an address found inside
the purse, Canton PD reported no answer.

Charles and Deborah Flint came on station to report that someone has filed their taxes.
Charles told me they received a letter in the mail that was dated 01/28/2015 from the State of Ohio Taxation Department. This
letter is an identity confirmation quiz letter that the state is sending out to residence who have filed their state taxes. Charles and
Deborah have a joint account and they really did not think anything about this letter until Charles tried to file his state taxes through
Turbo Tax which came back stating "You have already file your taxes" . Charles tried to complete this quiz but was not able to
because he has no idea how much money he is getting back. Charles called the the state and spoke with a male by the name
Larry. Larry advised Charles that someone has already filed his State of Ohio taxes at they end of January. Larry advised Charles
to file a report with our office and also told Charles what other state forms they needed to complete and file with the states office.
Charles advised that they had filed their taxes with Turbo Tax for the last 10 years. Charles feels that when Turbo Tax got hacked
these unknown people took their Identity. R/O gave Charles and Deborah ID packets to complete and file with the Attorney
Generals Office.

house. Then the two of them went outside. Her husband did not return, but the other subject did. Units located her husband Tim at
work. He responded back to the residence.
Tim said he had hoped Shelly was o'k but she has not slept in three days. Last night she was seeing stray cats in the house
that were not present. He asked to have a squad transport her to the hospital. Dover FD arrived and transported Shelly to the
hospital for evaluation.
