ANDERSON, DECEASED, WHO DIED ON OR
ABOUT DECEMBER 12, 2014:
You are hereby notified that on the 12th day
of January, 2015, the last will and testament of
SANDRA CALDERON ANDERSON, deceased,
bearing date of the 8th day of October, 2012,
was admitted to probate in the above-named
court, and that Jamie Hermann and Adriana
E. Anderson were appointed executors of the
estate. Any action to set aside the will must
be brought in the district court of said county
within the latter to occur of four months from
the date of the second publication of this notice
or one month from the date of mailing this
notice to all heirs of the decedent and devisees
under the will, whose identities are reasonably
ascertainable, or thereafter be forever barred.
Notice is further given that all persons
indebted to the estate are requested to make
immediate payment to the undersigned, and
creditors having claims against the estate
must file them with the clerk of the abovenamed district court, as provided by law, duly
authenticated, for allowance, and unless so filed
by the latter to occur of four months from the
second publication of this notice or one month
from the date of mailing of this notice (unless
otherwise allowed or paid) a claim is thereafter
forever barred.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS TO DISPOSE OF AND
DEVELOP PROPERTY
The City Council of the City of Eagle Grove,
Iowa, will meet on the 16th day of March, 2015,
at the City Hall, in the City, at 7 o’clock p.m., for
the purpose of conducting a public hearing on
the proposal to dispose of the real property (the
“Property”) described as follows:
Certain real property situated at 223 W.
Broadway in the City of Eagle Grove, County
of Wright, State of Iowa, bearing Wright County
Property Tax Parcel Identification Number
001+09-27-332-010.
Proposals for the purchase and development
of the Property must be received in the office of
the City Clerk at City Hall by no later than 10
a.m. on March 16, 2015. Proposals shall set
forth the developer’s plan for the development
of the Property for future commercial and
industrial
business
development,
such
development to be carried out in accordance
with the objectives and details set forth in the
City’s Development Proposal Packet with
respect to the Property. If the Council finds a
proposal acceptable, the Property will be sold
to the developer whose proposal, if carried out,
would be in the best interests of the City and
would best tailor the future use of the Property
to the City’s development objectives. The
City reserves the right to consider the legal
and financial ability of developers submitting
proposals to carry out the desired development
of the Property. Furthermore, the City reserves
the right to negotiate for proposals with respect
to the desired development of the Property.
Development Proposal Packets containing
necessary information with respect to the
development objectives for the Property may
be obtained from the Office of the City Clerk,
City Hall, Eagle Grove, Iowa.
On February 2, 2015, the City Council
adopted a resolution constituting notification
of intent to accept, if received, an acceptable
proposal for the development of the Property.
At the aforementioned time and place, oral
or written comments or objections may be filed
or made. Following the public hearing, the City
Council will consider the submitted proposals
for acceptance.

EAGLE GROVE DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL PACKET
DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL PACKET
The City of Eagle Grove, Iowa, is inviting
proposals for the development of the property
(the “Property”) situated at 223 W. Broadway
in the City of Eagle Grove, County of Wright,
State of Iowa, bearing Wright County Property
Tax Parcel Identification Number 001+09-27332-010.
In accordance with the City’s urban renewal
plan, zoning regulations, and economic
development
objectives
governing
the
Property, the City intends that the Property will
be purchased from the City at fair value and
subsequently developed for future commercial
and industrial business development.
The City will be receiving written development
proposals for the acquisition and development
of the Property until 10 a.m., on March 16,
2015, at the office of the City Administrator at
City Hall in Eagle Grove.
If it chooses to dispose of the Property,
the City will select a proposal that represents
development options for the Property that are in
the best interests of the City in light of the urban
renewal and economic development objectives
for the Property.
