Help us celebrate the 19th Annual Invitational Golf Classic benefitting the Nix Health
Foundation on Monday, March 9, 2015 at Briggs Ranch Golf Club, ranked by Golfweek as the
best residential golf course in Texas and sixth in the U.S. We are excited for another beautiful day
on the golf course that will include a golf clinic, a fabulous lunch and an enticing silent auction.
The day will conclude with an awards reception and a sunset buffet for you and a guest.
Another popular feature of this tournament is our Chairman’s Cup Invitational for
sponsors who contribute at the Gold level and above. The Invitational includes playing a
unique 18 holes in a Ryder Cup format at the exclusive Briggs Ranch Golf Club, followed by a

BIG NEWS! We are very excited to have Jamie Sadlowski join us as our Golf Pro for this year’s
tournament! As one of golf’s biggest entertainers, Jamie will show you why he is one of the
world’s premier Long Drive Professionals. We invite you to visit GolfChannel.com and search
“Sadlowski Destroys Golf Channel Simulator.” You’re in for a treat. Jamie will conduct our golf
clinic, deliver the keynote address at the luncheon AND be a part of your team at a designated
hole. Teaming up with Jamie will be Tom Relf, USA Junior National Team Director.
The Nix Health Foundation, in partnership with Nix Health, serves as a valuable source of patient
and community education, medical screenings and services. In addition to continuing its
established programs, in 2014 the Nix Foundation was able to respond to emerging community
needs. Highlights included:
• Coordinating our 12th annual series of free diabetes self-management workshops
• Presenting a self-management series on falls prevention
• Hosting our 7th annual prostate screening that served 93 participants
• Holding monthly Senior Gold Smart Living Seminars that include a physician presentation,
healthy lunch, stretch and tone sessions provided by a Nix physical therapist, free flu shots and
blood pressure checks
• Participating in numerous health fairs by offering a variety of health screenings
• Providing free evaluations to student athletes through the Nix Sports Medicine Center – 30
years strong
• Operating a Resource Center that provides reliable health information and Internet access to
patients, family members and staff

JAMIE SADLOWSKI
Jamie Sadlowski’s rapid rise to the
top echelon of power golf has been
nothing short of spectacular. The
Canadian phenom, a former junior
hockey player from St. Paul, Alberta,
made an immediate impact on the sport
of long drive.
The 24-year-old Long Drive Professional
is known for his incredibly athletic swing and the outrageous ball speed he
creates at impact. In fact, Sadlowski became an internet sensation last year
when he put a hole through the Golf Channel simulator while making an
appearance on one of their shows.
Twice a junior world long drive champion, Sadlowski subsequently stepped
up on the big stage at the RE/MAX World Long Drive Championship in
Mesquite, Nevada and won back-to-back titles in 2008 and 2009. His win in
2008 included a record for longest winning drive in the finals (418 yards). He
has 6 consecutive television finals and has never finished worse than 5th in
the world since he started competing. Couple that with one other LDA Tour
victory and 5 other finals, Jamie has produced an unmatched competition
record since taking the tee.
Showing his amazing versatility, Jamie teed it up on the web.com tour and
was successful in his first start by making the cut. Plans are for Jamie to play
a couple Canadian & Oversees PGA Tour events to keep his game sharp. Look
for Jamie to also play in the annual Peter Jacobsen Pro-Ams and other similar
pro events.
Sadlowski has parlayed his prowess with the big stick into a career as a
power golf entertainer. Having set up a U.S. base of operations at Whisper
Rock in Scottsdale, Arizona, Sadlowski is in incredible demand for top
country clubs, Fortune 500 Companies and top charities to be their
entertainer of choice. In 2013 Jamie signed a multi-year deal with Callaway
Golf as a brand ambassador and will travel the world displaying and
promoting their products. All in all Jamie will travel more than 230 days this
year performing his shows.
