He, along with several other key executives, completed the sale for cash of the soÝware business they founded. Although this liPuidity event was anticipated for some time, the client hadn’t envisioned the challenge he would face in preserving a once-in-a-lifetime payout while the markets were in a period of dislocation. Having known us for several years, the client understood our approach. Although we couldn’t eliminate all of his anxiety, our strategies helped him and his family make the decision to move forward with the plans they had thought about for years.
