A.P.State Warehousing Corporation invites online e-tendering under two bid system
from professionally competent and financially sound interested parties for appointment of
regular contractor for handling and transportation of Food grains, Fertilizers, and other notified
commodities at the following State Warehouses as detailed below:

Cost of tender
Tender cost Rs.1,000/-+ VAT @14.5% and EMD of Rs.50,000/- should be paid
through e-Payment to be credited into the account of M.D. APSWC, Hyderabad
and the related counterfoils and online acknowledgement copies shall be
uploaded along with Technical Bid and its enclosures. Failing which the
tender will be rejected, besides the user ID and password with class III
digital signature will be blocked for 3 years.

The details of documents should be enclosed in TECHNICAL BID:
1. Certified copy of partnership Deed / Articles of Association / Memorandum of Association in
case of Partnership concerns and Companies and Bye-Laws in case of Registered Labour
Co-operative Societies.
2. Certificate of Registration.
3. Authorization Letter.
4. Letter from the Bank on Credit/Limits enjoyed should be enclosed.
5. Bank Statement for the last 6 months from Banker(s).
6. Certificate of experience for total two years out of proceeding (5) Five Years from the date of
NIT. “As per the tender schedule APPENDIX-II of III(1) (a) work experience” OR where
the estimated contract value is less than Rs.5.00(Five) Crores, the Tenderer without requisite
Experience may also participate subject to providing an undertaking on Rs.100/- stamp
paper that an additional Performance Guarantee in the form of Bank Guarantee for 10% of
the Contract Value from Nationalized Bank will be given within 15days, which shall be
valid and enforceable till six months after the expiry of the contract period, if Selected.
7. Solvency Certificate issued by the nationalized bank within the period of 3 months for the
amount equaling to Security Deposit.
8. Duly audited Balance Sheet of preceding three financial years.
9. Duly audited P&L Account of preceding three financial years.
10. Certified copy of PAN.
11. Certified Copies of Income Tax Returns filed by the tenderer for three years.
12. Scanned pass port size photograph of the tenderer (duly notarized.)
13. A self-certificate that the bidder is not blacklisted by any Central/State Govt./PSUs or local
Govt. Dept./Autonomous Body as on the date of application and is not debarred from
participation in the tender process is to be enclosed.
14. Technical Bid documents shall be numbered on the Top right hand corner of each document.
15. Self Declaration on Rs.20 /- Stamp paper as per the format given in the Technical bid.
Note: All the above documents should be duly attested by the Notary.

NOTE AND OTHER DETAILS:1. Bidder must upload scanned copies of above referred documents in support of their
eligibility of bid. In the event of any document found fabricated/forged/tampered/
altered/manipulated during verification, then the EMD of the bidder shall be forfeited
and he/they himself/themselves would disqualify for future participation in the tenders
of A.P.State Warehousing Corporation works for the next 05 (Five) years.
2. Bidders who wish to participate in the e-tendering will have to procure valid Class-III
digital signature certificate as per Information Technology Act, 2000. Bidders can
procure this certificate from any of the Government approved certifying agency i.e,
Consultancy Services.
3. DOWNLOADING OF TENDER DOCUMENT: - The tender document for this
work is available only in electronic format which bidder can download free of cost from
the above mentioned website.
4. UPLOADING OF TENDER DOCUMENT ALONGWITH RELEVENT
DOCUMENTS:-The tenderer shall upload scanned copies of the tender document
(Technical Bid) which is downloaded by the tenderer, duly filled in and after appending
the Signature on each and every page.
5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER: - Tenderer shall submit their offer in electronic format on
the above mentioned website on or before the scheduled date and time as mentioned
above. No offer will be accepted in physically and such offer, if any received by
A.P.State Warehousing Corporation will be rejected.
INFORMATION FOR ONLINE PARTICIPATION AND GENERAL
CONDITIONS:1. Internet site address for e-Tendering activities c a n be s e e n a n d m a y b e
d o w n l o a d e d f r o m www.tenderwizard.com/apswc who wish to participate in
online tender have to register with the website through the “new user registration”
link provided on the home page. Bidder will create login I.D and Password on their
own registration process.
2. The digital signature certificate (Class-III) is normally issued within two
working days. The interested bidders are requested to apply for the same well in
advance from the approved consultancy service.
3. In case the validity of the digital signature certificate has expired, the bidders are
advised to get it renewed immediately.
4. Bidders who wish to participate in e-tender need to fill data in pre-defined forms of
Technical Bid and Price Bid which in Excel format only.
5. After filling data in pre-defined forms, bidders need to click on final submission link
to submit their encrypted bid.
6. The tenders are to be uploaded in two parts, Part-I containing Technical
Specifications and Part-II containing financial offer (Part-I & Part-II) i.e. Technical
Bid and Price bid through e-tender process only.
7. Intending tenderers are advised to visit the place of operations for acquainting
themselves with the nature of work in their own interest before submitting the
tender.
8. No definite volume of work to be performed during the currency of the contract can
be guaranteed by A.P.State Warehousing Corporation.
9. Registered Labour Coop. Societies should furnish the proof of Registration with
Registrar of Coop. Societies or Taluk Coop. Officer along with a resolution passed
by the Society to participate in the tender enquiry.

10. The tenderer will be at liberty to be present either in person or through an
authorized representative at the time of opening of tenders (Tech. / Price bid).
11. The A.P. State Warehousing Corporation reserves the right to accept/reject the
tenders without assigning any reason; the decision of the Corporation shall be final
and binding on tenderer.
