Notes:
BOTH pageants are included in the 1 registration fee! We will award the highest score in each age division the
Conyers Cherry Blossom title. The next highest score will be awarded the Miss Rockdale County title. We will
NOT double crown in any age division. The next highest score will be 1st alternate, then 2nd alt., and so on.
Attire:
This pageant is Evening Gown only. No outfit changes required.
Arrival Time:
Participants in each age division must arrive back stage, dressed and prepared for competition 10
minutes prior to your age division designated start time listed above. The production will begin at the
designated start time listed above no exception. Contestants will be allowed backstage once the winners
of the age segement prior are announced. Please be aware there is dressing space, but it is limited.
Awards:
TWO WINNERS in each age category will receive a Custom Sash, Beautiful Crown, and Large Trophy.
Each age division will also have a 1st Alternate, 2nd Alternate, 3rd Alternate, and 4th Alternate.
Alternates will received trophies descending in size. The winner of the “Most Photogenic”, “Prettiest
Hair”, “Prettiest Eyes”, “Prettiest Smile” and “Best Dressed” categories will each receive a sash or
medal. Scores and comments from the judges will be available for pick up after the pageant.
Other:
~Contestant competition order will be based upon the date of your entry. The last application/Entry form
received will be the first contestant out on stage, the first entry form will be the last out.
~“Most Photogenic” competition requires you bring one photo with you to the pageant. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL
PHOTOS! Photos can be sized from a wallet up to an 8x10 color or black and white (no frames please).
Photographs must be picked up after awards are presented on the day of the pageant.
~By filling out the registration form, it is understood that the contestant and or her parent/guardian will not hold
the director, staff, or anyone connected with the pageant or facility where the pageant is being held responsible
for any accidents, damages, injuries, thefts, or losses that occur before, during, or after the pageant or to and
from the pageant. It is further understood that no bad sportsmanship will be tolerated and all pictures taken
may be used for publicity purposes. All judges decisions are final and will not be disputed. Any judges scores
and or comments will be available to the contestants after the pageant.

on Feb. 28th, 2015 at 7:00pm (Miss Georgia/Miss America Preliminary Pageant)
AND BEING ASSIGNED TO A MISS OR OUTSTANDING TEEN CONTESTANT...THIS IS FOR YOU!
Each young lady participating in the “Princess Program” must be between the ages of 4 and 12.
She will be assigned to a Miss or Outstanding Teen Contestant for the evening pageant. She will be part
of the production that evening. She will need to wear a nice dress or a pageant gown for the evening production.
The fee is $25.00 per princess. This fee includes a beautiful crown and princess sash that she will wear during
the evening production. If possible princesses are encouraged to attend the Friday evening rehearsal to meet
their contestant and understand the production (however, this is NOT required).

The contestant that sells the MOST Good Luck Tickets and/or ad page sales will be awarded the Title
2015 Miss Conyers Cherry Blossom Grand Overall Princess
and will be awarded Crown, Trophy, & Custom Sash. She will be recognized on stage as all other age division
winners and will also be invited to ride in local parade(s) & pictured in the local newspaper(s) when possible..

The winners of the 2014 Conyers Cherry Blossom pageant will reign from the date they are crowned until the
date of the 2015 pageant. Winners are invited to make appearances and participate in functions as
requested by the Conyers Cherry Blossom Foundation including a suggested appearance at the Conyers Cherry
Blossom Festival on March 21-22, 2015. Appearances are NOT mandatory, but rather an invite!
