PROCEDURE ON HOW TO RETRIEVE CONTRACTOR/VENDOR
PASSWORD
Before you start retrieving your password, you must be a registered
Contractor/Vendor with Saudi Electricity Company – Contracting Sector
and retrieve the password the below information are required:
1. Contractor/Vendor number
2. User ID like VDXXXXXX
3. Registered e-mail address
4. Contact name (General Manager or Representative of the
company in our database)
If you have any problem in obtaining the above information, please
send an email to [email protected].
Note: When contacting us, please have the following documents handy
with you:
1. Commercial Registration number or License number.
2. Company General information like phone numbers, email etc..
Below are the procedures in how to obtain your password. Please
note: step numbers 1 to 9 below explains the process of retrieving the
password; and in steps 10 and 11, it explains how to report other logon
problems in the system.
Step 1: Access to the company's site (https://www.se.com.sa/enus/Pages/home.aspx), and click “More” below the “Business” tab as
shown below.

Step 2: Click on “Contractors E-Bidding” logo.

Step 3: Please click on Bidder Portal “right arrow” logo, see below.
Step 4: Then click on “Login” link.

Step 5: On below Bidder Portal Login page, click on “Get Support” link as
shown below.
Step 6: You will be asked to choose the service you need, in the drop
down list arrow, please choose the option “Password Reset” then click
the “Submit” button as shown below.
Step 7: You will be asked by the system to answer four questions; (1 –
User ID, 2 - Last name, 3 - First Name, 4 - E-mail).

Please note that these four fields are required (*). After filling, please
press the “Submit” button as shown below.
Step 8: If you have any difficulty filling the four fields, please see example
below on how to fill the four questions.

Step 9: Once the four questions verified by the system, it will then show
you a message indicating that a new password was assigned and send by
e-mail you have provided. And you’re done!
Step 10: For other option “Other Logon Problems”.

Step 11: In the “Other Logon Problems”, you will be asked by the system
to answer five questions; (1 – User ID, 2 - Last name, 3 - First Name, 4 – Email, 5 - Note to Administrator).
Please note that fields with (*) are required. After filling, please press the
“Submit” button as shown below.
And you’re done!
