appreciate knowing when our products are being sold for less than the suggested MSRP pricing.
Loll is pleased to provide new merchandising options for your retail location. By
August 26 you will receive:
• Two Loll display binders, which includes:
- Retail Resource Kit (see inside on more tools you can ask for from us!)
- Full set of cut sheets
- 8 color samples
• One 20x30 display branding poster. May be hung on a wall or is able to stand-alone.
• One 10x30 display branding poster.
• One 10x30 display branding poster, which features our Annual September Sale. May be reused for next year so keep it handy!
• One display stand.
Please note all these items are optional. We simply want to provide tools to
educate your customers on the brand you partner with.

Shipping Costs on Oversized Items
Racer Collection
Loll continues to offer free shipping via FedEx Ground for most of our product,
as well as drop-ship to either your retail locations or directly to your customer.
Due to weight restrictions, some oversized items can only ship via UPS. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot automatically e-mail out tracking information as
we do with FedEx. For unique orders like this, Sharon will continue to keep an
eye out for when these orders ship and manually e-mail you the tracking details.
Now, a mere $69.95 handling fee is added on some oversized pieces. Please
note this rate is SIGNIFICANTLY reduced from our actual shipping costs. Customers on lolldesigns.com will also be asked to pay this fee for these items.
Our retail price sheet has been updated to note what products this $69.95 fee
applies to.
These items are:
• picket high back double
• luge
• cubby bench
• 44” round table
• picket low back double
• medium credenza
• 62” table
The 7’ picket, 72” table, and 405 Chaise continue to ship on a pallet and you
must contact us directly to arrange shipping & get quotes.

We’d like to continue to thank you for working with us during our extremely
busy summer season. We have moved into a new facility, only three miles away
from our office, that has markedly more space and another CNC machine so we
expect shipping timelines to go down considerably moving forward.
Please note our current production timeline is approximately 4-6 weeks plus
tran¬sit. Your Sales Order does reflect the approximate ship date. Tracking
informa¬tion from FedEx will automatically get sent to one e-mail address of
your choice.

Annual Tree Planting
Support
Loll supports you! When we get customer calls from your area, we ALWAYS
refer them to your store location. If a customer goes into your store but you
feel they may order from us online, tell them to reference your store when they
purchase. We will give you full credit for the sale – just as if they had purchased directly from YOU!

A friendly reminder to please refer to our price guide so you can include full
product names, SKUs , and wholesale prices on your Purchase Orders.

Did you know?
Starting in 2008, Loll staff have taken a field day each year around Earth Day (frost permitting in MN) and gone
out to locally plant a tree for every order received in the previous year. This year, 4,000 Evergreen and White
Spruce seedlings were planted!
