1010 THE EDINBURGH GAZETTE 1 JUNE 1990 CASA D'lTALIA LIMITED G P D ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES LIMITED (In Liquidation) NOTICE is hereby given that on 18th May 1990, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by the Lord Advocate as representing Her Majesty's Commissioners of Customs & Excise, craving the Court inter alia that G P D Environmental Services Limited, having their registered office at Downiebrae Works, Downiebrae Road, Rutherglen, Glasgow be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, and that in the meantime Gerald Ian Rankin, Chartered Accountant, 100 Wellington Street, Glasgow be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 18th May 1990 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow within 8 days after intimation advertisement or service; and eo die appointed the said Gerald Ian Rankin, Chartered Accountant to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Company with the powers specified in Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Apt 1986; all of which Notice is hereby given. NOTICE is hereby given that a Note has been presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by John Charles Jeffrey Readman, Chartered Accountant, 50 George Square, Glasgow, Liquidator of Casa D'ltalia Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at 22 Park Circus, Glasgow craving the court inter alia (1) to fix 15th June 1990 as the date on or before which all Creditors of Casa D'ltalia Limited are to prove their debts or claims or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before said debts are proved; (2) to remit the account of the said John Charles Jeffrey Readman as Provisional Liquidator and as Interim Liquidator to Ian J Scott, Ian J Scott & Co, Pier Road, Rhu, Helensburgh, Dumbartonshire or such other person as to the Court shall seem proper and audit them and report to the court on same; (3) to remit the accounts incurred by the Liquidator to his Solicitors to the Auditor of Court for taxation and to authorise the Liquidator to pay the taxed amount; in respect of which Note on 18 May 1990 the Sheriff appointed intimation service and advertisement and ordained all persons interested to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after such intimation service or advertisement.
