Barry Dorfman

Barry Dorfman is the Market Director of the Rocky Mountain Region. He oversees day-to-day operations
for the region, manages a team of more than 230 professionals and ensures integrated business development
opportunities for all business lines, including Tenant Representation, Corporate Accounts, Capital Markets,
Project Development Services, Public Institutions and Agency Leasing. In addition, he continues to work on
numerous transactions with the Tenant Representation team and serves on the firm’s Leadership Council and
Executive Committee, where he is involved in the company’s overall strategic development.
Barry has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and has been involved in more than 20
million feet of commercial real estate leasing activity in the Denver area. Prior to becoming the Market
Director, he was the Senior Managing Director of the Rocky Mountain Region’s Tenant Representation
group. Barry joined JLL in the 2008 merger with The Staubach Company, where he was President and
Founding Principal of the Front Range Division for twelve years. During that time, he earned a reputation as
one of the most successful negotiators in the region while his office grew exponentially in both number of

Barry received his Bachelor of Science from The College of New Jersey and a master’s degree from
the University of Northern Colorado. He has served or is currently a board member for Boy Scouts of

Development Corporation and American Diabetes Association’s “Father of the Year” event. He is actively

John Gates

John Gates oversees the firm’s Brokerage, Capital Markets, Project and Development Services, Property
Management and Retail businesses in the United States. He works to create a scalable platform for client
needs and deliver strategic direction to the firm’s national business lines. John also serves on the Americas
Executive Committee, the body responsible for setting overall strategy for the firm throughout the region.
John began his career at The Staubach Company in 1990, where he held several leadership positions.
He rose to President and Chief Operating Officer and chaired the company’s Operating and Executive
Committees. Prior to that, he was President of the Southwest Corporate Services Division, where the
business increased its revenue by more than 75 percent and profits rose threefold under his leadership.
When The Staubach Company and JLL merged in 2008, John transitioned into the role of President of
Americas Brokerage and Director of Markets West. In his role as Director of Markets, he had oversight and
P&L responsibility for local operations in markets in the Western half of the United States. John was later
promoted to President of Real Estate Service, Americas.
Before assuming these management responsibilities, John was consistently recognized as a top-producing
broker at The Staubach Company and was often recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as one of the
top five office brokers in the Metroplex. He was also honored as the Rising Leader for 2007 in the Annual
Executive of the Year Awards by Commercial Property News.
John earned a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and
received a Bachelor of Science in Economics/Finance from Trinity University. In 2009, John was appointed
by the Mayor of Dallas to serve as a member of the Dallas Housing Authority’s board. He also serves on
the Dallas Citizens Council. In addition to numerous other civic commitments, John is a member of the
Executive Council for the Real Estate Finance and Investment Center at the University of Texas at Austin
and ULI.

Jeff Ingham

Mr. Ingham is the Markets Lead for the Jones Lang LaSalle Orange County office. Mr. Ingham is
responsible for assisting clients with their Southern California transactions as well as working with clients
on their national and international real estate needs. Currently, Mr. Ingham is working on transactions in
Southern California for such clients as Alcon Labs, Bank of America, Beckman Coulter, Kaiser Permanente,
KPMG, and Pacific Alternative Asset Management (PAAMCO), as well as managing all Western US
transactions for United Healthcare Group.
Mr. Ingham was responsible for growing the Jones Lang LaSalle Irvine office by 153% and the Las Vegas
office by 166% over the past five years. Growth in Irvine was achieved through organic development, as
well as through acquisition with the purchase of 360 Commercial in 2011.
Mr. Ingham has extensive experience assisting clients with portfolio strategy, transaction management, site
and building acquisitions/dispositions, sublease dispositions and lease transactions in every market within
Southern California.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Ingham was a Regional Leasing Director in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Leasing
and Management Group, where he worked on several office projects including but not limited to: Fox Plaza
(Century City), Transamerica Center (Downtown Los Angeles), and Newport Gateway (Orange County
Airport Area) for such clients as LaSalle Investment Management, Morgan Stanley, and Transamerica. In
addition to his experience in the office market Mr. Ingham oversaw Industrial portfolios for both Equitable
and LaSalle Investment Management throughout Southern California.
Mr. Ingham graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in
Real Estate and Finance from California Polytechnic State University.
Mr. Ingham is an active member of OCTANE and the Orange County Business Council. Mr. Ingham has
been named “Broker of the Year” by The Irvine Company multiple times and is a past “Jones Lang LaSalle
Club” recipient, a recognition given to the firm’s top three percent of performers in the Americas.
Keith Knox

Mr. Knox is an International Director for JLL’s Integrated Portfolio Services group and leads the firm’s
Transaction Management platform for the Americas. In this role, he is responsible for management,
service delivery and business development for the firm’s corporate clients in the Americas that require
transaction execution and account management services. In addition, Mr. Knox is a member of the
executive leadership team for operations in the greater Midwest and Northeast U.S. and the Leadership
Council for JLL’s national Brokerage Group.

Mr. Knox joined the firm’s Tenant Representation Group in 1995, where he provided account management,
strategic portfolio planning, site selection consulting and brokerage for a number of key clients. In 2000,
he became a Tenant Representation Team Leader in Chicago, where he led a team of 35 transaction
and account management professionals. In 2005, he was named an Account Director in the Corporate
Solutions business where he assisted with the management and operation of the Transaction Management
practice within Corporate Solutions. He later picked up responsibility for Marketing and Communications,
Product Management, Peer Review, and innovation programs for the corporate business. In 2009, he
became part of the executive leadership team for JLL’s Markets Corporate Solutions business, where he led
efforts to assist small and middle-market companies realize the value of JLL’s broad services platform.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, he held various sales, marketing and client management positions with
IBM Corporation over an 8-year period.
Mr. Knox holds an M.B.A. from J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University
and a bachelor of science in biomedical engineering from Marquette University.
Tom Maloney

Tom Maloney is based in Walnut Creek, California and provides real estate advisory and brokerage services
to clients throughout the US. Mr. Maloney joined JLL from The Staubach Company where he served as
President of Staubach Northern California. Previously, Mr. Maloney was Executive Director at Cushman &
Wakefield. He has represented clients in over 1,000 transactions involving over 15M sf of property during his
27+ year real estate career. Mr. Maloney is actively involved in JLL governance, serving as past President on
the Firm’s Leadership Council and currently a member of JLL’s National Brokerage Executive Committee.

Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Poppink was the manager of the Silicon Valley Operations for the Staubach

Steve Ramseur

years of real estate experience in managing global portfolios, Transaction Management, Lease Administration,

Mr. Ramseur has spent his career working in a number of different disciplines within the real estate industry.
He served as the Account Director for AT&T and was responsible for overseeing the delivery of transaction
and capital markets services across the Southeast and Midwest. Prior to this, he led the integrated delivery of
facility management, transaction management, lease administration, and strategic advisory for multi-national
clients such as Nokia and Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) through a dedicated global account team. He also
led the team for the Americas in integrating the Nokia Networks and Siemens COMc portfolios after the global
merger involving over 100,000 employees and over 1,000 global locations.
Mr. Ramseur was actively involved with the integration of Citigroup’s DFW locations involving 14 locations
spread over a 2.3 million square foot portfolio. The result was a 1.M sf build-to-suit in the Dallas Metroplex.
Mr. Ramseur has also worked with clients such as Bell Helicopter, Citrix, and UPS. Most recently, Mr.
Ramseur has led the USAA and Deloitte relationships with a focus on integrated service delivery.
Mr. Ramseur earned his MCR designation from CoreNet Global. In addition, he also earned an MA in real
estate from Texas A&M University and a BA in Urban Planning with a minor in Construction from Texas State
University.
Mr. Ramseur was the recipient of the F. Grady Stebbins Scholarship of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers
and the American Society of Real Estate Counselors Scholarship. He has also served as an instructor for the
International Association of Assessing Officers and is a member of the Real Estate Roundtable for the Mays
