Opening Date: March 3rd (Entries taken in order received with preference given to EECO members)
Closing Date: March 27th, post entries accepted if schedule allows
Entry Fees: EECO Members: $20 per test, Non-Members: $25 per test. $20 Arena Use Fee per horse.

Refunds: Before closing date with veterinary certificate or if rides can be filled from wait list. After closing
date only if rides can be filled from wait list.
Changes: At discretion of Secretary.
Classes: May be combined if less than 3 entries. Riders may enter same class twice, but only first ride will
count towards placings. Classes will run consecutively.
Dress: Proper show attire is encouraged. Helmet and boots are required.
Ride Times: Will be posted on EECO Facebook page and at www.coeventers.com by April 1st.
Stabling: None available.
Miscellaneous: USEF/WDAA rules will be in effect. NO DOGS please – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Directions: Show access off of east side of Old Bend-Redmond Hwy (S. Canal), ¼ mile north of intersections
of 61st and SW Quarry. Watch for signs. Parking in pasture by arena.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR HORSE ACTIVITIES: Riding horses over uneven ground is an inherently dangerous activity,
which may be hazardous to life and body of horse and rider.
RISKS ARISING FROM EQUINE RELATED ACTIVITIES: ORS 30.689 (2) PROVIDES THAT IT IS THE POLICY OF THE
STATE OF OREGON that no person shall be liable for damages sustained by another solely as a result of risks inherent in equine
(horse) activity, insofar as those risks are, or should be reasonably obvious, expected or necessary to the person injured.
In consideration of my, my children’s or my student’s participation in activities at Fruition Farm in Redmond, Oregon, I/we
acknowledge that I/we have read the RISKS ARISING FROM EQUINE RELATED ACTIVITIES. We further agree to release from
liability and to indemnify and hold harmless the facilities herein described, it’s owners, agents, landowners, employees, event
officials, organizers and volunteer workers from any and all claims, losses, and liabilities (including costs and attorney’s fees) that
I/we may now have or which I/we may hereafter have for property damage, injury or death, which I/we may suffer or for which I/we
may be liable to others, arising out of or in any way connected with my/our preparation or practice or participation at the above
facilities whether as part of a group or as an individual or from any use whatsoever of the premises, facilities or services of the above
described facilities. This release and indemnity agreement shall apply to all claims based upon negligence and any other theory of
recovery, except claims based upon willful or intentional misconduct. I/we also contractually agree that any and all disputes between
myself, my children or my students and this facility arising from our use of the premises, facilities or services, including any claims
for personal injury, death or property damage shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and the exclusive jurisdiction
thereof, shall be in the state courts of the State of Oregon, and the venue therefore shall be in Deschutes County, Oregon. If any part
of this contract is determined by a court to be unenforceable for any reason or in any circumstances, it is intended that all other terms
shall be enforced in all other circumstances.
IMPORTANT: READ AND SIGN IF SIGNING FOR A MINOR (UNDER 18): If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I accept full
responsibility for all medical expenses incurred as a result of the minor’s participation in the above referenced activities, including
travel to and from said activities. I further agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify Karen Laidley, Fruition Farm, EECO, it’s
employees, owners, agents, officials and volunteer workers for any damages, injury, death or property damages sustained by the minor
indicated below or for which the minor may be liable to other persons as a result of these described activities or any other use of the
facility whether such claims are based upon negligence or any other legal theory of recovery.
