minutes before the scheduled time. Failing to attend the presentation without prior
acknowledgment may lead to failure.

Submission
Submission will be during the presentation session. All submission will be in a formatted
compact disc (CD).

• Video works need to be in MOV, MP4 or AVI
• Flash animation or video needs to be in SWF
• Any digital imaging and illustration need to be in PDF/ JPEG
• PowerPoint/PDF slides
Make sure you bring a USB flash drive/thumb drive in order to play your
PowerPoint/PDF slides during the presentation.
Get consent from your company that some of the works will be viewed for the
presentation
Presentation
You are given 10 minutes to present your internship experience. Presentation must be
lead with a PowerPoint/PDF slides. Q&A session will be held after your presentation for
10 minutes.
Bring all the supported documents with you. Weekly log, offer letter etc.
