River Square each summer. From heritage-rich
festivals, such as the Riverfront Irish
Festival, Festa Italiana & Oktoberfest, to
the weekly award-winning Riverfront
Cruise-In, Falls River Square brings the
community together for music, food and a fabulous variety of great entertainment.

Green Room

Responsible Person in Charge:
The event coordinator will be financially responsible for
the condition of the facility, all equipment therein, and
the conduct of the activities of the group. A youth event
is required to have adult chaperones and/or police
officers.
Decorations:
Decorations are not permitted on walls, ceilings, doorways, windows etc. Mylar (helium) balloons are not
permitted. Latex (helium) balloons are permitted only if
they are secured by weights. If using candles, please
contain them.
Caterers:
Outside caterers are welcome and permitted to use the
building during times for which the agreement specifies.

Daily Rates
Alcoholic Beverages:
Alcoholic beverages are permitted inside the Pavilion. If
alcoholic beverages are sold or included in the price of a
ticket, a temporary permit must be secured from the State
of Ohio and a copy of the permit presented to the
Development Dept. for approval 30 days prior to the
event. An off-duty Cuyahoga Falls police officer may be
required for your event at an additional charge.
Reservation Policy:
Reservations may be made up to one year in advance of
the event month.
Payment:
Full payment plus a $200 refundable security deposit is
due at the time of reservation by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Refund Policy: Reservations canceled
- six months prior to reservation date = 90% refund
- less than six months notice = 50% refund.
The Interactive Water Fountain at Falls River Square is open daily
throughout the summer months.
Public Parking
Events in the Pavilion must conclude no later than 11:00 pm or
additional charges may be assessed.
* The resident rate applies to non-profit organizations.
Corporate rates are available. The aforementioned fee schedule is not
applicable to festivals, some special events or consecutive day rentals.
Parking is free in all city-owned parking lots
and decks located in the
Falls River Square District.
Set up:
The Pavilion offers 60” round tables, banquet chairs and
8-foot tables. The rental fee includes a one-time room set
up. Catering supplies and equipment may be delivered
and picked up within the times specified in your
rental agreement.
Use of Public Property:
The Falls River Square Pavilion, Stage, Amphitheater &
Plaza are public property. As such, multiple events may
occur on the same day, within proximity of each other.
