INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGIST
A fully-accredited Hospital, LDMH offers services in a broad range of

Our Perioperative Services is looking for a GP Anesthetist to share duties
with three current GPAs. This surgical unit performs more than 4500
procedures per year with more than 90% being out patient services. LDMH
currently has two general surgeons, one OB/Gyn, one internist endoscopist
plus nine visiting orthopedic surgeons. In addition we support visiting adult
and pediatric dental, and plastic surgeons. The current anesthesia staff have
modern equipment, fiberoptic bronchoscopy, video laryngoscopy and utilize
ultrasound guided vascular access and regional anesthesia.

We are currently seeking a permanent full-time
physician to join our urban health team to provide
care to homeless and under housed individuals,
and people living in the surrounding community.
The position combines work in primary care and
inpatient care in our Medical Respite Program.
Sherbourne’s medical services are delivered in a
Family Health Team model, with physicians under
an alternate funding plan with a competitive hourly

Results Online. Sherbourne Health Centre was
accredited with exemplary standing in 2014 by Accreditation Canada. The successful candidate will
work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care
model, under an anti-oppression framework. Candidates must be motivated and comfortable working with highly complex clients. Experience managing mental health conditions, substance use
disorders and an appreciation for the social determinants of health is necessary. An interest in
learning about Hepatitis C and participating in the
Toronto Community Hepatitis C Program would be
an asset. Sherbourne’s Medical Respite Program
is a 24/7 unit with a 10-bed capacity for homeless/
under housed individuals recovering from an acute
medical condition or exacerbation of a chronic disease. The physician will be a consultant during the
client’s inpatient stay, collaborating with community partners and working within a multidisciplinary
