SEA HOUSE KITCHEN
EXECUTIVE CHEF – SALARIED
Minimum five years culinary management experience as an Exec Chef or Exec Sous Chef
Culinary degree or other culinary certification is a plus
Hands-on team player , will include working the front line, involvement in food prep
Ability to mentor and inspire our culinary team
Passion for creativity with extensive knowledge of food operations to further enhance and elevate
our award-winning restaurant
Experienced in food and labor cost and expense control, ordering and maintaining inventory
Proficient in use of computer, time and attendance and Microsoft Office programs
FRONT OFFICE
ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER – SALARIED
Must have a minimum of one year current resort front desk management experience.
Proficient with front office technology (Maestro, Onity, Envisions)
Strong communications skills with excellent conflict and problem resolution skills
Must be physically fit, capable of walking all areas of the property and able to drive a cart
Must be able to lift a transport up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work weekends and all shifts (AM/PM/Overnight)
Preference for Bachelor’s Degree in the Hospitality Industry
MAKAI HALE
RECREATION ATTENDANT – FT (1) PT (1)
Pleasant disposition and good communication skills
Experienced in conflict resolution
Must be available to work weekends and flexible shifts
Must be able to lift, carry and transport a minimum of 45 lbs.
CPR / First Aid / AED certification a plus
