DESCRIPTION: 3mm-45mm, PP or PU Coating. The finished
liner is manufactured using multiple layers of felt, with one
layer coated with Polypropylene plastic. The layers are cut/
slit to the desired width, and sewn concentrically to form the
final tube. The coated layer is also sealed at the seam, using
an extrusion process. Felt production is achieved by a nonwoven process (needle punch) using Polyester fiber.

Perma-Liner™ Industries has developed a proven method
to rehabilitate a 2-foot or 4-foot pipeline section utilizing a
“local” sectional repair system. The Perma-Patch™ system
uses a fiberglass mat with 100% solids epoxy resins creating a
structural repair with a minimum life span of 50 years!
Perma-Patch™ is designed for 3” to 24” diameter pipelines
with cracks, holes and separation in joints. The Perma-Patch™
repair is inserted into the damaged pipe using an inflatable
bladder, push rod, or pull cable. The Perma-Patch™ repair is
centered over the damaged pipe section and pressed tight
against the host pipe area creating a structural new pipe.

VAC-A-TEE establishes easy access to the lateral pipe for
CCTV inspection, cleaning, root removal and CIPP lining. By
simply excavating down to the existing lateral, the VAC-A-TEE
is a safe, effective and very efficient method of establishing
access at any point along the lateral pipe. The VAC-A-TEE is
compatible with all pipe types (clay, cast iron, concrete, PVC
and CIPP) and can also be used to establish a new service
connection at the main. Each VAC-A-TEE kit includes the
patented PVC saddle and proprietary hybrid adhesive and are
available in diameters from 4 – 24 inches.

The lateral pipe is located using a sewer camera and sonde and mark the area for excavation. After a small diameter hole has
been excavated (18” in diameter) to expose the buried pipe, the exterior of the exposed pipe is cleaned/pressure washed. A
depth measurement is then taken and the riser pipe is cut to length and solvent welded to the VAC-A-TEE saddle. The adhesive
is applied thoroughly to the underside of the saddle and the saddle is secured to the lateral from above the surface. The hole is
then backfilled and water is poured down the riser to water test to ensure a water-tight connection with the lateral pipe. After
the adhesive is cured, a diamond core saw is inserted down the water filled riser and used to cut open the crown of the pipe. The
coupon is removed and the water flushes down the lateral. The new cleanout is now complete, allowing access to the upstream
or downstream lateral pipe, without ever having to step into a pit.
