Balloons Over Paradise: April 10-12, 2015
The fourth annual event is returning to the Paradise Coast with all the excitement and spectacle as in previous years! This community event is
designed to enhance the quality of life for our residents and support the local economy by bringing thousands of tourists from across the state
and around the country. An added benefit is that all proceeds from the event go to support local charities in the Southwest Florida region.
Last year’s event drew upwards of 25,000 spectators throughout the weekend as 50 breathtaking hot air balloons put on a spectacle for the eyes
as soothing orchestral sounds resonated in the morning sky.
This year’s signature event will take place April 10th through 12th, 2015
This year, guests will immerse themselves in the sights, sounds and grandeur created as over 60 balloons take to the sky in the morning. Once
the balloons have lifted off from the field and are aloft canvassing the sky in a show of shapes and colors, the grounds will then be transformed
into a polo field to host a world class Polo exhibition during both Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
The weekend will be filled with family friendly activities to support our community involvement, from regional artisans displaying their works of
art, to a classic car show and Native American cultural exhibits, as well as esteemed pilots & crew being available throughout the festival for the
children to discover the fantasy of flight! There surely will be something for everyone at this event, regardless of your age!
