2015-16 Kindergarten Screening/Registration
If your child is eligible (5 years old by 9/30/15) to enter Kindergarten at the beginning of the
2015-16 school year, please sign up for one of the registration and screening dates which will
be held at Fairborn Primary School beginning in March. The registration and screening process
will take approximately one hour to complete. It is important that you pick up a registration
packet with all of the forms necessary to complete the registration process prior to the day of
screening. Registration packets are available at the Fairborn Primary School offices (Main and
Wright campuses) and at Fairborn City Schools Central Office (306 E. Whittier Avenue). If you
have a child currently attending Fairborn City Schools, we would be glad to send the
registration material home with them as well. Please call the FPS office (878-8668) if you have
any questions.

Session 1 - 9:30am
Session 3 – 12:30pm
Session 2 – 10:45am
Session 4 – 1:45pm
Friday, March 27
Session 1 - 9:30am
Session 3 – 12:30pm

Session 4 – 1:45pm
Friday, April 17
Session 1 - 9:30am
