within 21 Calendar Days.

Upon Issuance Date of the SPA, Purchaser to sign the SPA within 30 Calendar days with
payment of 20% of Purchase price less USD$1000 (or equivalent local currency as determined
by the developer). Relevant copies of documentations will be made to Purchasers.

Upon Project completion / TOP, Developer will inform buyer for the final payment (50%) within 14 days
