2015 National Mini Lop Show McLean Co. Fair Grounds, Bloomington, IL Official Show Rules All entries for the Sunday NMLS and banquet reservations are to be postmarked on or before March 7th, 2015 1. This show will be governed by the latest revised rules of ARBA. Submission of entry indicates acceptance of ARBA show rules and those listed below, and will be referred to as National Mini Lop Show (NMLS). 2. The American Mini Lop Rabbit Club will not be responsible for loss in case of fire, theft, or potential weather related destruction. However, every precaution will be taken to minimize or prevent such loss. 3. The NMLS is a pre-entry show. All entries for NMLS on Saturday, March 28 will be $8.00 per animal. Entries for fur will be $4.00 per animal. Animals entered in fur must also be entered in the NMLS show. All entries must have ear numbers included on the entry form. 4. Standard ARBA remark cards will be used for the NMLS on Saturday. Remark cards will be provided at time of check in, or you may bring completed remark cards with you to check in. 5. Mail all rabbit entries ($8 each rabbit / $4 each fur) and banquet ticket payments ($17.00 per adult / $12.00 children 13 and under) to: Judy Todd 1617 Douglas Lane Lebanon, IN 46052 Attn: Mini Lop Entries 6. All entries for the Saturday NMLS and banquet reservations are to be postmarked on or before March 7, 2015. Entry no designated Youth will automatically be entered in Open. 7. A good check or money order must accompany your entry in order to be accepted. (There will be a $25.00 service fee charged on all returned checks). Make all checks payable to the American Mini Lop Rabbit Club. The American Mini Lop Rabbit Club reserves the right to reject ANY entry for due cause. 8. All rabbits must be permanently and legibly earmarked. 9. If you are entering the NMLS, cooping is included with your NMLS entry. You do not need to order cooping through the Illinois Rabbit breeders Association. If you make arrangements for cooping in conjunction with the Spring Illinois Rabbit Association show, those rabbits will coop separately and will not be eligible to be shown in NMLS. All pre-entries are to be filled out completely and legibly, including ear number. Animals may be substituted (same sex and class only) at time of entry with no extra charge. Entry forms will be provided by the American Mini Lop Rabbit Club in the Gazette, and will be available for printing on the web site www.amlrc.com and on the ARBA Chartered AMLRC Facebook page. Remark cards must/will include ear number, coop number, and exhibitor # and will be completely filled out during check in. 10. Check in will begin at 4 pm on March 27th, 2015 (Friday) and the doors will close promptly at 10 pm. No check in will be taken after 9 pm CST on March 27th, 2015. No animals accepted for check in on Saturday morning prior to the NMLS. NO EXCEPTIONS!! 11. All entered animals must have coop number placed in right ear before showing. 12. Exhibitors must provide their own feed and water containers. An equipment supplier will be in the show room. Blaine’s Farm & Fleet store and Wal-Mart, are very close to the show room for other supplies needed. 13. Only animals entered in the NMLS will be allowed cooping in the NMLS area for the weekend. 14. Fur class entries are to be noted on the entry sheet and must also be on a separate remark card. 15. The American Mini Lop Rabbit Club reserves the right to substitute, add, or remove judges as deemed necessary. 16. The class auction for Open will begin at approximately 8:40 AM on Saturday March 28th, with the NMLS to begin as close to 9AM as possible. Youth judging will begin after Youth Royalty activities, Class auction and instructions on running rabbits to the show table will be done as soon as Youth royalty is completed. 17. The AMLRC Specialty show will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2015. If you enter the Specialty show along with the NMLS, and postmarked by March 7, 2015 the fees are as follows: For BOTH shows, Open Entries X $10.00/Entry, Youth Entries X $10.00/Entry, Open Fur Entries X $6.00/Entry, Youth Fur Entries X $6.00/Entry. Day of Show, Entry fees: $3.00 Open and Youth, $3.00 Open and Youth Fur. 18. Sunday’s Illinois Rabbit Breeders Ass’n all-breed show will include Mini Lops as a starting breed. 19. No Breeding will be allowed in the showroom except by permission of both owners and the show superintendent. 20. There will be an officially licensed registrar available during the weekend. Hours will be verbally announced of posted in the show room. Bring all necessary information for the registration of animals, including pedigrees and ARBA membership card. 21. Any/all animals exhibiting signs of sickness will be removed from the showroom, or otherwise isolated at the show official’s discretion. 22. Breed auction animals will be available for review within 45 minutes after all Saturday shows are complete, including fur judging. The auction will be conducted in accordance to AMLRC directives for eligibility. Sign up for Breed Auction will be posted in the show room and taken by Breed Chair. A sign up for an animal to auction will also be available at check in. auction will begin when auctioneer feels all animals presented have been adequately reviewed by all interested party/parties. 23. All information posted in show room will take precedence over published information. 24. Due to the nature of presenting animals for judging by call (running), adults may handle youth animals on and off table(s) for NMLS only. 25. If deemed necessary, the American Mini Lop Rabbit Club reserves the right to ask for proof of ownership for animals entered. 26. Animals are released 8 am Sunday for anyone desiring to leave. 27. Parents will be held accountable and responsible for the action(s) of their child/children. No running is allowed in the show room. All entries for the Saturday NMLS and Awards Banquet reservations are to be postmarked on or before March 7th, 2014. We will not be accepting email entries nor will we be accepting NMLS entries on the day of the NMLS. The Illinois rabbit Breeders Association All Breed spring shows are ‘day of entry’ shows. You do not have to pre-enter the Saturday or the Sunday all breed shows. Remark cards and entry sheets will be used. For more information visit the IRBA website at www.nordickrabbits.net
