COLLECTIVE INFO 28 - PAYMENT REDEVANCE
Dear Naturist Friends,
Many of you have mandated us: Barbara Ropers, Jean Paul Vacandare and Daniel
Werbrouck, to liaise with our common counsel/lawyer, Ms. Laurich in Bordeaux in the "Fee
2015" case.. Thank you for your confidence.
Your original powers(of attorney) and all documents necessary to the process were
transferred to Maitre Laurich.
Where are we today?
The first Assignation was delivered to Euronat late December on behalf of 22 people. Today
we have more than 200 holders of right of use that have joined this initiative.
The assignment will be deposited in the coming days at the court Grande Instance de
Bordeaux. Why has it taken so long?. To allow us the time to gather the necessary
documents. 200 power / folders, that's a lot of work - Many thanks to the secretary!!! Of
course, the possibility is still open for other owners to join us. The more we are, the better
we will be heard.
A reminder for the following:
If you have not done so already then pleas send your complete documents (Identity card,
Power, notarial certificate/2 pages of your contract, Bill 2014) as soon as possible by scan /
email to the email address: [email protected]
Now for the payment/invoices 2015 to Euronat. As you know we have to pay the annual fee
before March 31. But, if you pay the amounts claimed in the invoices we have all received
you will implicitly accept the settlement agreement!!!.
So how much should you pay?
Please find attached a table for each type of chalet. It is calculated on the basis of the 2014
corrected amount (Euronat made an error by applying the SMIC/minimum wage from 1
January 2014 instead of 1 July 2013 the SMIC/minimum wage, as planned and done since
2004).
After correction and implementation SMIC / ICC according to the 2004 agreement, the
amount justified to pay in 2015 is less than that of 2014!
Pay exactly that amount, adding the green waste collection fee, that you paid last year.

Specify your customer number and address at Euronat and the words " FEE 2015 PROTOCOL REFUSAL" - do not make reference to the number (B15….)of the invoice ...
If paying by check, the same references are to be included on the back of your check.
You will also find an attachment to this letter, a letter template in Word to complete or to
copy/handwrite yourself, then send by registered post to the Management of Euronat,
whatever your method of payment.

Hello,
Following questions asked by some of you, we want to remind you that you need to
FORGET your invoice for the redevance from EURONAT 2015 and its amount.
You must pay the amount relative for your home, shown in the table below.
For those who rent through Euronat, whose fee is taken from the rental income, you do not
have to renew your debit authorization.
You must pay the amount below by the the end of March. And so, at the year end, Euronat
will just repay you the amount due to you on rents, after royalties have been paid before the
end of March.
