ACCOMODATION INFORMATION
Special rates have been negotiated for GLADS participants at the three Vincii hotels in Madrid: Vincii
Soma, Vincii Capitol and Vincii Soho.
The preferential rate of 120 EUR per room, per day for single occupancy and 130 EUR per room, per day
for double occupancy. Both rates include buffet breakfast. VAT is not included (10%). The preferential
rates are agreed for reservations made until 25 March 2015.
The Vincii Soma is the closest Vincii hotel to the meeting venue. Additional information on these hotels

To reserve at the Vincii Soma, participants are requested to complete a reservation form with the
reservation code GLADMAD. Once completed, the form can be returned directly to the hotel. The
reservation form is attached below.
