It is a pleasure to announce that our client, Go Fashions Private Limited
(“Go Colors”), has raised an undisclosed amount from Sequoia Capital India,
for a minority stake in Go Colors. The deal provides primary capital to enable Go
Colors expand in terms of reach and portfolio depth in domestic and
international markets. Founded in 2011, Go Colors currently focuses primarily
on branded legwear and is present in key metros pan-India.
