Please remember this is a family event on church grounds: NO Alcohol, loud music or objectionable themes will be
permitted. Controlled pets are welcome.
Liability Release: In consideration of the acceptance to participate, entrants, participants, spectators and/or riders release and discharge Calvary Bible Church, its
officers, agents, representatives, directors and volunteers from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims from any cause
whatsoever that may be suffered by anyone participating in this event to his/her person or property. Event Management reserves the right to restrict entrants and/or
their guests from behavior deemed unacceptable during all activities of this event. Inappropriate behavior may result in disqualification and/or eviction, if it should
become the opinion of the Management that such action is in the interest of safety and/or proper behavior for this family event. The undersigned entrant acknowledges
by his/her signature that he/she has read and understood the above release of liability and waives all claims as outlined within. Any and all unsigned forms will be
returned without entry. The liability release is to include passengers. All street legal vehicles shall have proof of insurance as required by law.
PLEASE NOTE: Canopies, or other personal shades, MUST be secured in place with weights (please, no stakes through the asphalt); and
any damage or injury resulting from their use will be the owner's responsibility.
