MEALS
Dinner meals at Hotels and local restaurants range from USD30-50 per person.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation (cars and minibuses) from and to the “4 de Fevereiro Airport” will be
available provided by the Conference organisers, in which a team of protocol is prepared
to assist the participants with regards to this issue.
Payable Taxis are also available at the airport and they can be used in event of any
unpredictable situations.
DURATION
The Conference will open on tentatively Wednsday, 25th March 2015, at 09.00 a.m., and
is expected to complete its work on Thursday, 26th March 2015.
REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS
Participants are required to make their registering at the beginning of first day of the
Conference, at reception desk (located at the main entrance of the venue).
SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETATION
Interpreters will be available during the Conference. Simultaneous interpretation will be
provided in two languages (English and French).
CATERING ARRANGEMENTS
During tea breaks, coffee and tea will be available (in the morning and in the afternoon)
provided by the catering team. Lunch will be served at the Conference venue during the
two (2) days of the meeting.
