PARADISE VALLEY GOLF COURSE (Fairfield – this is a soft spike event)
1 p.m. "SHOTGUN" start (Player registration starts at 10:30 a.m.)
$110.00 (includes green fee, cart, dinner, photo and gift)
$35 per person (dinner will follow immediately after the tournament at the Paradise Clubhouse)

$100 donation (includes the option of 2 additional dinner tickets at $25 each)
* CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP:
$550.00 (includes 4 golfers, hole sponsorship and the option of 2 additional dinner tickets at $25 each)
