BlastBall ! -
Your little ones will LOVE it !!!
BlastBall!...is a fast-paced instructional game relating closely to
baseball or softball providing entry-level skills to young boys and girls.
A great primer for future ballplayers!
Price per player: $27 (includes shirt)

All “game-days” on TUESDAY evenings at TBD locations

Safe Sitter - Brand NEW Certified Babysitting Training
Safe Sitter prepares young adolecents for the profound
responsibilites of nurturing and protecting children.
All sites registered to teach Safe Sitter® utilize only Safe Sitter®-trained Instructors,
ensuring compliance with teaching methodologies and a quality educational
experience for students. Prior to course completion, students must demonstrate
acceptable skills in the care of a choking infant and child, and pass
a written exam proving mastery of key concepts.

GeoCaching - GIS-based “treasure“ hunts
“GEOCACHING” is a free real-world outdoor treasure hunt.
Players try to locate hidden containers, called geocaches, using
a smartphone or GPS and can then share their experiences

*** Eudora Disc Golf - EPRD has constructed a nine-hole disc golf course on the West edge of town
at Bluejacket Park (12th and Cedar). Stop by the Community Center for a map of the course,
or to check out a three-disc set to get started. $1.00 to rent.
*** Let’s Play Cards! - Join us for some cards, fellowship, and refreshments every Monday and Thurs
day at the Community Center. On Mondays from 8:30a-12p approximately for Pinochle. On Thursday afternoons from 1-4pm, we play a variety of free card games...just drop on by!
*** Pickleball! - Drop-in recreational play on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:30am-11:00am and Wednesday evenings from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines
elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis and is growing rapidly in popularity across the nation. Stop by and see what all the fuss is about!
*** A Healthy Lifestyle , Community Health Programs and Seminars - Look for this upcoming free series hosted by EPRD, local and area health professionals, and fitness specialists. Possible topics/events include “Mindful Eating”, “proper label reading and interpretation”, health screenings and more.
*** “Picnic in the Park” - FREE fun entertainment on Wednesdays during the Noon hour.

Friday, June 5, and Friday, July 10 at Laws Field (15th and Elm St.) from 7:30pm until
approximately 11:00pm. From 7:30-9:00pm, we will have games, activities, food vendors,
info-booths, music, and more! At 9:15pm, we will have a free family movie under the stars.
*** Family Fun Trips! - We are planning on a trip to see Cinderella at Starlight Theatre on July 11th. Price will be $25 for ticket and transportation.
We also have a KC Royals game being planned in the summer months. Stay tuned!!!
