JSS Sustainable Equity - Real Estate Global P EUR acc Identifier: 65076043, Data as of: 07.04.2015, Currency: EUR Investment Objective SRI Classification Sarasin Sustainable Equity – Real Estate Global aims to achieve long-term capital growth through investments in shares of companies world-wide in the General Themes real estate business. The fund invests in shares and equity securities of ESG companies which operate mainly in the real estate sector and which take Exclusion Themes (negative screening) account of environmental and social sustainability considerations in their business activities. In particular, these include companies whose business involves the acquisition, development and use of land, or companies that own land and buildings in order to generate income. Also included are closed end no Adult Content, no Agrochemicals, no Armaments, no Genetically Modified Organisms, no Nuclear Power, no Tobacco, no Violation of Global Compact Impact Themes real estate investment funds like REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) or other comparable real estate management companies. Individual business activities which run directly counter to environmental or social criteria can be excluded as a matter of principle (e.g. military infrastructure). The S&P Green Building SRI Labels Developed Property Index in EUR serves as a benchmark for judging the success of the investments. Investments are selected on a discretionary basis, i.e. no criteria exist other than those mentioned above. Units of this fund may be exchanged or redeemed on any business day. This unit class of the fund continually reinvests income.
