build peace, through advising governments, organizations and companies on how to support peace.

A consultant is required to develop project proposals on Governance and rule of Law from a peace
sensitive focus.
Candidates will be selected on below criteria following the allocated marks for each criteria item;

Evidence of writing winning proposals around
solicited and un-solicited finances and grants.
Knowledge of donor trends
Experience of working on proposals of institutional
donors, Governments and private sector
Strategy development of International NGOs
Understanding of developing logical models
starting from projects to country programme to
regional and global strategic perspectives
Evidence of developing theory of change and
change models
Experience of developing evidence based advocacy
proposals and strategies
Experience of developing high quality research
proposals and OR research focused outcomes of an
integrated project.

The candidate will have strong English writing skills and articulation with focus on long term vision.
Key deliverables will for consultant;
1. Work with Programme team to develop project proposals (in Lead writing capacity) at
minimum 03 full proposals which can go higher
2. Funding strategy for 1 year
3. Improving/writing project reports
4. Donor trend analysis with identification of at least 2 new potential donors
The task is for the initial duration of 2 months with possibility of extension. Candidate is expected to
follow normal working hours at our office premises in Islamabad with occasional travel to field areas.
Medical and life insurances will be provided.
Due to urgency of filling the post, we will screen CVs on Daily basis till the suitable candidate is on
board.
