The capacities of the A/C systems are as per design proposed by
vendor/supplier.
SECTION-B
Each unit of specified capacity shall be High Sensi/Tropico type
having high flow and high static and shall be fitted with multiple
scroll compressors (as per OEM standard), air cooled condenser,
evaporator, expansion/metering device, AC drive, Prefilters
(washable, made of synthetic media as per OEM standard), interconnecting copper piping, power and control cabling,
programmable micro processor controller with inbuilt safety features
like LP &HP cutouts, oil safety, single phase preventer etc., for
automatic control and safe operation of the system. The units shall
be provided with charging valves, full charge of refrigerant
(R410/R22/R134a) & oil and necessary insulation work etc. for their
efficient functioning of the units at ITI Limited, Kanjikode west,
Palakkad. The condenser and evaporator coils shall be made of
copper tubes
The supplier shall provide ceiling suspended ducting and thermal
insulation ceiling below truss of the roof at 5.5 metre height in the
existing Battery plant hanger (proposed for component screening
project) area.
Supplier/vendor shall provide supply, installation, testing and
commissioning of Packaged and Ductable split air-conditioning
system of total capacity of 99 TR including suitable ducting in
Phase-II building.

The supplier shall provide ceiling suspended ducting and thermal
insulation ceiling (ISOWALL) below truss of the roof at 5.5 metre height
(or as per design proposed by vendor/supplier) in the existing Battery
plant hanger (proposed for component screening
project) area. Also provide exhaust fans for proper ventilation of dead
layers of air above ISOWALL (between isowall and top roof).
Supplier/vendor shall provide supply, installation, testing and
commissioning of Packaged and Ductable split air-conditioning system of
total capacity of 99 TR including suitable ducting / connect to existing
ducting with control dampers at both existing AHU delivery and the
new system in Phase-II building.

The machine load in the existing Battery plant hanger (proposed for
component screening project) area shall be maximum 50 W, 30
occupants and 400 lumens lighting intensity.
The thermal ceiling in the existing Battery plant hanger (proposed
for component screening project) area shall be 50mm INSU b ing
in the frames at a height of 5.5 metre below the truss work
Supplier/vendor shall provide supply, installation, testing and
commissioning of Packaged and Ductable split air-conditioning
system of total capacity of 44TR in R&D building 2nd floor. The
indoor unit shall be connected to the existing main duct of the ex
sting air-conditioning system through a manually operated damper.
Also to be provided an additional manually operated damper at
existing main duct after the air delivery of existing AHU.
The initial start up time of the air-conditioning system shall be
maximum 6 hours. The system will maintain the environment
condition 20 degree C, 50% relative humidity within the 6 hours of
continuous working after an initial start up. The system shall be
programmable for starting time, stopping time and other
environment conditions. The system shall work automatically
without an operator involvement.
The supplier / vendor shall visit the site for taking measurements
and different site conditions before designing the air-conditioning
systems. The complete design of the system including technical
wing of the site with ducting, indoor unit, outdoor unit and other
details shall be furnished with technical bid.
Insulation
Insulation on refrigerant and drain pipes shall be closed cell elastomeric Nitrile Rubber, pipe sections of adequate thickness as
per OEM’s specifications/ recommendations.
Acoustic Insulation
The portion of supply air duct at the discharge of unit shall be
acoustically treated with 9mm one side open cell nitrile rubber
insulation. This shall be securely fixed to avoid dislocation of the
insulation.

occupants and 400 lumens lighting intensity.
The thermal ceiling in the exist ing Battery plant hanger (proposed for
component screening project) area shall be 50mm INSU board ceiling

ceiling shall be as per design.

Refrigerant Plumbing
Refrigerant piping, fitting shall be copper hard drawn and shall be of
appropriate size for safe and trouble free operation & maintenance
as per manufacturer’s standards to ensure circulation of adequate
refrigerant at all loads. Charging valves to be provided for ease of
maintenance/gas charging. The entire piping from indoor to outdoor
units shall be properly supported and laid in GI/Aluminium trays.
The piping shall be tested for leakages before charging with
refrigerant.
General Conditions
The supplier shall provide suitable rooms for outdoor unit at
inside/outside the building to be proposed for air-conditioning
works. The room shall be provided enough space to facilitate
repair / maintenance.
Refrigerant Plumbing
Refrigerant piping , fitting shall be copper hard drawn and shall be of
appropriate size for safe and trouble free operation & maintenance as
per manufacturer’s standards to ensure circulation of adequate refrigerant
at all loads. Charging valves to be provided for ease of
maintenance /gas charging. The entire piping from indoor to outdoor
units shall be 18 gauge copper piping, properly supported and laid in
GI/Aluminium trays. The piping shall be tested for leakages before
charging with refrigerant.
General Conditions
The supplier shall provide suitable rooms for outdoor unit at outside the
building to be proposed for air-conditioning works. The room to be
constructed by brick walls with RCC top and proper foundation.
The walls and roof of the rooms shall be insulated by 50mm thick
glass wool. Also the room shall be provided enough space to facilitate
repair/maintenance work.
The ducting of Air Conditioning work shall be made of GI sheet of
branded make like TATA/ JINDAL etc .
The supplier/vendor shall provide fire dampers at air delivery of each
systems. Also provide test certificates of the fire dampers.

SECTION A
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.
Definitions
1.1. “The Purchaser” means ITI Limited, Kanjikode West, Pal ad, Kerala, India (hereafter
referred to as ITI).
1.2. “The Bidder” means the individual or the firm who participates in the tender and submits
the bid.
1.3. “The Supplier” means the individual or the firm who is the successful bidder supplying
and commissioning of the tendered items / service.
1.4. “Letter of Intent” means a letter issued by the Purchaser indicating his intention to place
Purchase Order on the successful bidder.
1.5. “The Purchase Order” means the order placed by the Pur haser on the Supplier for the
supply and commissioning and fulfilling other conditions as required in the tender for the
specific items / service required by the Purchaser. This shall be deemed as “Co act”.
1.6. “The commissioning” means the acceptance of the systems by the Purchaser in writing.
2.
Scope of work (As per scheduled at Section B)
2.1 Supply of 44 TR Split A/C Systems - 1 U.
2.2 Supply of 99 TR Split A/C Systems - 1 U.
2.3. Supply of 77 TR Split A/C Systems - 1 U.
(Execution of 77TR only after the site readiness)
3. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)
3.1 The bidder shall submit a Demand Draft for an amount of Rs . 1,8 0,000 ( Rupees One
Lac eighty thousand only) drawn in favour of ITI Limited, payable at Palakkad, from any
Nationalized / Scheduled Bank towards Earnest Money Deposit.
4. Submission of Bid Documents
4.1 The bid will be processed on a TWO BID SYSTEM.
4.2 The bidder shall submit the following documents along with the bid. The documents shall
be submitted in two sealed covers superscribing RFQ re erence and due date and separately
marked as following:
(a) Eligibility and Techno-commercial Bid
(b) Price Bid
The cover marked Eligibility and Techno Commercial Bid shall have the following
documents:
i.
The duly filled questionnaire/ eligibility/ evaluation format (Annexure – C )
ii.
Earnest Money Deposit as per Clause 3, Section A.
iii.
Clause-wise compliance to General Terms and Conditions (Section A), Technical
Specifications / Requirements and Conditions (Section B), the technical clarifications
issued by the Purchaser after the release of the tender, if any.
iv.
Design / Drawing of the three A/C Systems
The cover mar ked The Price Bid shall have the following documents:
(i)
Schedule of requirements with the price as per the format at Annexure- E.

Both the sealed bids (Eligibility and Techno-commercial Bid and Price bid) shall be
submitted in an outer cover and sealed. The outer cover shall bear the details of RFQ
ref. and due date.
4.3 The bidder is expected to examine all requirements, terms and conditions of the tender.
Failure to furnish required information in every aspect or non-submission of necessary
proof and relevant document or non-submission of EMD may lead to rejection of the bid.
4.4 The bid documents shall be addressed and submitted to

4.5 The Purchaser assumes no responsibility of bids delivered to any other address other than
that mentioned above at clause 4.4 above. It will be the bidder’s responsibility to ensure
that the bids are submitted at the correct delivery address and before the bid closing time.
5 .00 Clarification on Bid Documents and Site visit
5.01 A prospective bidder, requiring any site visit or clarification on the Bid Documents shall
notify the Purchaser in writing or by e-mail at the Purchaser’s mailing address indicated
in the invitation of Bid on or before the stipulated date. The site visit will be permitted
only on working days between 10 am to 4 pm. Site visit will not be permitted after the
stipulated date. The purchaser will respond in writing to any request for the clarification
of the Bid Documents received within the schedule. Copies of the query (without
identifying the source) and clarifications by the Purc er will be sent to all the
prospective bidders who have asked for the clarifications. Clarifications shall be made
available as a corrigendum in the Purchaser’s web site (itiltd-india.com) and National
Portal (tenders.gov.in) also.
5.02 Any clarification issued by the Purchaser in response to queries raised by prospective
bidders shall form an integral part of bid documents and it may amount to an amendment
of relevant clauses of the bid documents.
5.03 Notwithstanding the above, prior to the date of submission of the bids, the Purchaser may,
for any reason, modify the tender documents. These ame ments shall be put on the
Purchaser’s web site and National Portal also. In order to afford prospective bidders a
reasonable time to prepare the bid, the Purchaser may, at its discretion, extend the date
for bid submission. Prospective bidders are therefore equested to check the Purchaser’s
website prior to submission of the bids.
6.00 Discharge of Earnest Money Deposit
6.01 The EMD of bidders those who are not qualified after e aluating the eligibility criteria in
the techno-commercial and eligibility bid will be returned as ear
s possible within 30
days from the date of bid opening.
6.02 The EMD of successful bidder shall be discharged withi 30 days after the bidder’s
acceptance of Purchase Order and submission of Performance Bank Gu antee.
6.03 The EMD of all other unsuccessful bidders shall be discharged within 60 days from the
date of price bid opening.

6.04 The EMD will be forfeited if the bidder withdraws the d during the validity of the bid,
or, in the case of a successful bidder, the bidder fails to accept the Purchase order or fails
to submit the Performance Bank Guarantee.
7.00
Bid Submission and Period of Validity of Bids
7.01 The bids shall be submitted before 12.30 Hrs on due date. If this day is declared as
holiday on account of any reason, the bid submission period is extended up to 12.30 Hrs
on the next working day of the Purchaser.
7.02 Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the due date for submission of bids.
8 .00 Bid Prices
8.01 The price bid format is given in Annexure E. The
r shall be in Indian Rupees. Terms
of price shall be ‘Delivery at the Purchaser’s location’ (at Kanjikode West, Palakkad, in
Kerala State, India).
9.00 Bid opening and Evaluation
9.01 The bids will be opened on the due date at 14:30 hours. The Purchaser shall open the
bids in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who chose to attend
the tender opening. If the day of the bid opening is declared as holiday on account of any
reason, the bid opening will be fixed at 14:30 Hrs on e next working day.
9.0 2 On the day of the bid opening as specified at clause 9.1, the covers containing Eligibility
and Techno-commercial bids only will be opened. The Purchaser will evaluate the
technical bids of those who have been found eligible. The Price bids shall be opened only
of those qualified after technical evaluation. Price bid opening date will be informed to
the qualified bidders separately by the Purchaser.
10.00 Placement of Purchase Order (PO)
Order will be placed only on technically qualified L1 bidder.
11.00 Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG)
11.01 On receipt of the Purchase Order, the Supplier shall submit a Performance Bank
Guarantee for an amount of 10% of the P.O. value, valid for 30 months from the date
of P.O., drawn from any Nationalized / Scheduled Bank.
11.02 The proceeds of the performance bank guarantee shall be payable to the Purchaser as
compensation for any loss resulting from the Supplier’s failure to complete his
obligations under the contract.
11.03 The Performance Bank Guarantee shall issued by Nationalized/ Scheduled Bank and in
the form provided in this Bid Document (Annexure – D).
11.04 The P BG will be discharged by the Purchaser after completion of the Supplier’s
performance obligations including warranty obligations under the contract.
12.00 Delivery and Commissioning
12.01 The items as per the Purchase Order shall be delivered and unloaded at the Purchaser’s
location (at Kanjikode West, Palakkad, Kerala, India), wit in 8 to 10 weeks from the
date of P.O.
12.02 The installation and commissioning of the Ductable Split A/C shall be completed
within 10 to 16 weeks from the date of P.O. in a phased manner.

12.03 Delay by the Supplier in the performance of its delivery or
ing obligations
shall render the Supplier liable to any or all of the ollowing sanctions: forfeiture of
EMD, imposition of liquidated damages and /or termination of the contract for default.
In the case of liquidated damages, the penalty shall be as per the details given in clause
on liquidated damages at 14 below.
13.00 Payment Terms
13.01 The payment for the supply of goods shall be made as p r the terms and
conditions given below:
13.1.1 70% payment 30 days credits from the date of Delivery subject to acceptance..
13.1.2 20% payment by immediately after commissioning and acceptance
13.1.3 Balance 10% after 3 months from the date of commissioning & acc ptance.
13.02 The following documents shall be submitted to enab e the first installment of 70%
payment
13.2.1 Invoice & Packing list
13.2.2 Delivery Note
13.03 The payment for the Installation and Commission ng shall be made as per the terms &
conditions given below.
13.03.1 90% payment 30days after the completion of Installation & Commissioning
13.03.2 10% payment 90 days from the date of completion of Installation & commissioning.
13.04 The 2nd and 3rd installment of payment will be released as per clauses 13.1.2 and 13.1.3
above on submission of commissioning certificate from the Ordering Authority of the Purchaser.
14.00
Liquidated Damages
Should the Supplier fails to deliver the system as per the delivery schedule or any
extension thereof, the Purchaser shall be entitled to ecover from the Supplier a penalty
equivalent to 0.5 % of the value of the Purchase Order of the full system per week for the
first four weeks or part thereof and 0.7% per week there after for such delay or part thereof
or cancel the purchase order and purchase elsewhere at e risk of the Supplier.
15.00 Language
The language used in all communication, bid documents, technical manuals,
commercial papers etc. shall be English only.
16.00 Force Majeure
If, at any time, during the continuance of this contract till the date of commissioning,
the performance in whole or in part by either party of
obligation under this contract is
prevented or delayed by reasons of any war or hostility, acts of the public enemy, civil
commotion, sabotage, fires, floods, explosions, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, strikes,
lockouts or act of God (hereinafter referred to as events) provided notice of happenings of
any such eventuality is given by either party to the other within 21 days from the date of
occurrence thereof, neither party shall by reason of s
ent be entitled to terminate this
contract nor shall either party have any claim for damages against other in respect of such
non-performance or delay in performance, and deliveries under he contract shall be
resumed as soon as practicable after such an event come to an end or cease to exist, and
the decision of the Purchaser as to whether the deliveries have been so resumed or not shall
be final and conclusive. Further that if the performan e in whole or part of any obligation
under this contract is prevented or delayed by reasons of any such event for a period
exceeding 60 days, either party may, at its option, te minate the contract, without any
obligations.

Force Majeure clause shall be applicable during the tenure of Warranty and Annual
Maintenance Contract and the decisions during this period shall be based on mutual
agreements.
17.00 Arbitration
17.01
All disputes for differences of any kind, whatsoever, arising out of or in co nection
with this contract or in discharge of any obligation arising out of this contract, the parties
to this contract shall endeavor to settle such disputes and or difference amicably. If both
the parties fail to reach such amicable settlement, either arty may, within 30 days of such
failure, give a written notice to the other party clea ly setting out there in the specific
dispute and or differences, which require to be arbitrated upon. Such disputes and / or
differences shall be referred to a sole arbitrator mut ally agreed upon. In the absence of
consensus about the single arbitrator, the dispute may be referred to joint arbitrator, one to
be nominated by each party and the said arbitrators shall nominate a presiding arbitrator,
before commencing the arbitrator proceedings.
17.02 Arbitration proceedings shall be held at Palakkad, in erala State, India. The
arbitration shall be covered by the provision of the A bitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
or any statutory modifications or re-enactment thereof and rules framed there under from
time to time.

Section
- B
1.Each unit of specified capacity shall be High Sensi/Tropico type having
high flow and high static and shall be fitted with multiple scroll
compressors (as per OEM standard), air cooled condenser, evaporator,
expansion/metering device, AC drive, Prefilters (washable, made of
synthetic media as per OEM standard), inter- connecting copper piping,
power and control cabling, programmable micro processor ba d
controller with inbuilt safety features like LP &HP cutouts, oil safety,
single phase preventer etc., for automatic control and safe operation of
the system. The units shall be provided with charging valves, full
charge of refrigerant (R410/R22/R134a) & oil and necessary insulation
work etc. for their efficient functioning of the units at ITI Limited,
Kanjikode west, Palakkad . The condenser and evaporator coils shall be
made of copper tubes.
2. The supplier shall provide ceiling suspended ducting and thermal
insulation ceiling below truss of the roof at 5.5 metre height in the
existing Battery plant hanger (proposed for component
reening
project) area.
3.
Supplier/vendor shall provide supply, installation, testing and
commissioning of Packaged and Ductable split air-conditioning system
of total capacity of 99 TR including suitable ducting in Phase-II
building.
4.The overall dimension of the exist ing Battery plant nger (proposed for
component screening project) area to be air-conditioned is 36 metre
long and 18 metre wide 5.5 metre height at truss of the roof. The
hanger roof is made of aluminium sheet with slanting towards width
wise. The height at centre from floor is 8.66 metre; height of roof at
wall is 5.5 metre.
5. The machine load in the existing Battery plant hanger (proposed for
component screening project) area shall be maximum 50 W, 30
occupants and 400 lumens lighting intensity.

6. The thermal ceiling in the exist ing Battery plant hanger (proposed for
component screening project) area shall be 50mm INSU b

in the frames at a height of 5.5 metre below the truss work.
ITI LTD will be providing the particle board ceiling at a height of 4 metre.
7. The supplier shall provide heater banks with necessary capacity with
humidistat at 3 stages. The heaters are arranged so that the first heater
start at pre set humidity say 55 % RH, the second heater also start at
pre set humidity say 58% and the third one start at 60% RH .
8. The supplier / vendor shall visit the site for taki g measurements and
different site conditions before designin g the air-conditioning systems.
9.
Supplier/vendor shall provide supply, installation, testing and
commissioning of Packaged and Ductable split air-conditioning system
of total capacity of 44TR in R&D building 2 nd floor. The indoor unit
shall be connected to the existing main duct of the ex sting airconditioning system through a manually operator damper. Also to be
provided an additional manually operated damper at existing main duct
after the air delivery of existing AHU.
10. The initial start up time of the air-conditioning system shall be
maximum 6 hours. The system will maintain the environment
condition 20 degree C, 50% relative humidity within the 6 hours of
continuous working after an initial start up. The system shall be
programmable for starting t ime, stopping t ime and other environment
conditions. The system shall work automatically withou an operator
invol vement.
11. The supplier / vendor shall visit the site for taking measurements and
different site conditions before design ing the air-conditioning systems.
The complete design of the system including technical
wing of the
site with ducting, indoor unit, outdoor unit and other details shall be
furnished with technical bid.
12. Supplier/vendor shall provide detailed drawing of
g, electrical
drawing and mechanical drawing of air-conditioning system with
technical bid.
13. Provide approximate lengths of the refrigerant piping, insulation, power
cables, ducting acoustic insulation, drain, etc. However final payment
will be made on the unit rate basis for actual installation based on the
joint measurement sheet measurement of piping will be rried out
including all fittings. No separate counting of the fittings
be
carried out.

14. The isolation dampers at the discharge of each unit shall be of
Aluminium heavy duty dampers (manually operated) with lockable
arrangement and the canvas connections shall be rubber impregnated /
coated.
15. The units shall be fitted with high efficiency (Eff-1) motors suitable for
3 phase 415 Volts, 50 Hz power supply and shall be suitable for load
characteristics and the operational duty of the equipment.
16. The units shall deliver the specified capacity 20 degree Celsius, 50 %
RH at 45 deg C ambient temperature. The environment condition
inside the conditioned area will be 22 ± 2 deg C, and H 55 ± 5 %.
III Insulation
Insulation on refrigerant and drain pipes shall be closed cell elastomeric Nitrile Rubber, pipe sections of adequate thickness as per
OEM’s specifications/ recommendations.
IV Acoustic Insulation
The portion of supply air duct at the discharge of unit shall be acoustically
treated with 9mm one side open cell nitrile rubber insulation. This
shall be securely fixed to avoid dislocation of the insulation.
V Refrigerant Plumbing
Refrigerant piping, fitting shall be copper hard drawn and shall be of
appropriate size for safe and trouble free operation & maintenance as
per manufacturer’s standards to ensure circulation of adequate
refrigerant at all loads. Charging valves to be provided for ease of
maintenance/gas charging. The entire piping from indoor to outdoor
units shall be properly supported and laid in GI/Aluminium trays. The
piping shall be tested for leakages before charging with refrigerant.
VI Micro Processor Controller
1. The system / units shall be complete with a Programmable
microprocessor based interactive control console in a locked enclosure
factory mounted, pre-wired with all operating and safety controls and
instruments. It will provide start, stop, safeties, interlocks, capacity
control and indications for operation of the units. It should be possible
to view cause of shut down and to change set points. The System /
units shall have in built feature for min. 4 starts and stops
automatically at preset time in a day through microprocessor
controller. Safety shutdowns shall include high compressor discharge
pressure, low evaporator pressure, single phasing and overload etc.

2. The vendor is required to provide detailed write-up (manual/drawings) of
the microcontroller system.
3. All the instruments and controls connected to each unit and the
microprocessor controller shall be OEM standards. Bidder to furnish
details.
VII Operation and Control
1. The operation of multiple compressors shall be such that each
compressor can be operated independently. When the complete unit is
in operation the standby Compressor will come into line automatically
to maintain the required temperature.
2. The control display will indicate set values and the current values of
temperature, voltage, ampere and the fault/trip signal etc. as per OEM
standards.
3. In case of power failures or the supply is switched off, the Units shall
restart automatically to meet the preset conditions after resumption of
electric power.
4 . ITI LTD, will provide power at one point for each unit/ system (indoor
and outdoor constitute one unit) where in-door/package unit is to be
installed. Further distribution of power and control cables to indoor &
outdoor units as well as interconnection between indoor & outdoor will
be done by the vendor/contractor, including aluminium cable trays (as
required), terminations (at the incoming power side and equipment
side), glands, supports, earthing etc .
VIII Warrantee
The vendor/supplier shall submit a written warrantee for a period of two
years from the date of commissioning for successful / trouble free
running o f the units/ system. Any breakd own during warrantee period
shall be attended by the vendor/supplier free of cost within 24 hours of
information including free replacement of the parts and consumables
etc.
IX . OEM’s Support
The vendor /supplier shall guarantee OEM support for the system installed
and shall submit a letter from OEM of the equipments ensuring the
after sales support along with Technical offer.
X .Time Period
Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the entire work
shall be completed within 4 months from the date of release of
Purchase Order.

XI . Eligibility Criteri a
The party should have completed at least one project o
, Installation,
Testing and commissioning of Package / Ductable units of unit
capacity not less than 100 TR (combined capacity) of installation (in a
single project) in last one year. Necessary papers in support of the
eligibility criterion to be provided along with offer.
XII. Acceptance Criteri a
All the Package/Ductable units will be operated and te
jointly for their
performance for at least one week before their final acceptance. In case
any Fault / shortcoming is observed during the above testing, the me
will be rectified by the party and the unit will again be tested for one
week from the date of rectification.
XIII. General Conditions
1) All necessary drawin gs and other details shall be prov
by the
vendor/supplier and the units to be adequately isolated against
transmission of vibrations to the building structure. Necessary
foundation bolts, nuts, levelling-screws vibration pads and stand for
outdoor units, supports and supporting channels etc. wherever
required, shall be provided by the supplier/vendor as per
manufacturer’s drawings/recommendations.
2) All Civil works like making foundations for outdoor / indoor units,
shelter for outdoor units, rooms for outdoor units, cutting of walls,
making holes, making opening for taking out pipes, cables and cable
trays etc. for installation of units, piping and ducting shall be covered
under the scope of the vendor/supplier.
3) The package unit system
(i) 77TR will be installed at the ground floor of the buildi ,
(ii) 99 TR will be installed at the ground floor of the building and the
a/c system,
(iii) 44 TR will be installed at the first floor of the building.
4) The supplier shall provide suitable rooms for outdoor unit at
inside/outside the building to be proposed for air-conditioning works.
The room shall be provided enough space to facilitate
repair/maintenance.
5) Vendor/supplier shall supply the a/c systems with complete charge of
refrigerant and oil.

6) Manufacturer/supplier shall guarantee availability of spare parts for at
least 5 years of operation of the units. In case the system become
obsolete, supplier /vendor shall intimate in advance
purchase spare
parts as LBO (Last Buy Order).
7) Technical leaflets and General layout of units and ducting showing its
overall dimensions to be provided by manufacturer/supplier along with
the technical bid.
8) Complete drawing of the unit showing schematic diagrams of
refrigeration circuit, electrical
& electronic
circuit
and
operation/maintenance manual with list/details of recommended
spares, service centers in India to be provided by manufacturer/supplier
at the time of supply of the unit.
9) The vendor/supplier shall provide complete training for operation,
maintenance and working of units to 10 -12 concerned ITI personnel
free of cost.
10) Vendor/supplier to provide certificate indicating the date of
manufacture of the machines and certifying that the machines being
supplied are brand new and not a used / old / second hand, refurbished
machines.
11) The party may visit the site before submitting the offer on any working
day between 10.00 am and 04.00 pm.
