The Process Because of the high demand for these residences, we have outlined a simple process to expedite the acquisition phase. Units will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Don’t worry...your SEVENTY RAINEY Representative will walk you through the entire process; however there are some essential first steps to better ensure your chances of finding your preferred future home... 1. Register your preferences. Visit 70rainey.com/vip to register your preferences and detailed contact information. Your SEVENTY RAINEY Representative will reach out to you in the upcoming weeks to set up a preliminary meeting BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION APPOINTMENT. This is simply to keep you informed with updates and and better help the development team understand your wants and needs. 2.Contact. Your SEVENTY RAINEY Representative will contact you to review floor plans, amenities, view corridors, etc, and answer any additional questions that you may have. Please note that PRICING WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL YOUR RESERVATION APPOINTMENT. We will set a time for your Reservation Appointment at this time. 3.Prepare. We will schedule Reservation Appointments with qualified, future homeowners this June 2015. We encourage you to reach out to one of our preferred lenders to obtain a pre-approval letter; we will provide you the contact information for the preferred lenders in the upcoming weeks via our website. We encourage cash buyers to submit a proof-of-funds letter from your CPA. To secure a reservation, a FULLY-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT will be required at your Reservation Appointment. The deposit requirements are $5,000 for one- bedrooms, $7,500 for two-bedrooms, $10,000 for three-bedrooms, two-story lofts and penthouses. 4.Reservation Appointment. We will begin our reservation process this June 2015. We encourage you to identify more than one preferred unit type in the event that your preferred unit is not available. If you have any questions before your Reservation Appointment do not hesitate to contact your represenative. 5.Reservation to Contract. Once all documents and deliverables (contracts, finishes, condominium documents, etc.) are available, we will send them to you for your review and electronic signature.
