Please see the adjoining notice for important details for registration to the courses. The selection process /
admissions will be subject to any orders passed / may be passed by the Regulatory bodies.
Note: Waitlist is in order of merit.

NOTICE
Candidates who are selected and wish to undertake the Postgraduate Fellowship course, must
submit a formal written acceptance of the offer of admission to the course to the Academic
Office (Principals Office), Carman Block not later than 12:00pm on 07.05.2015, failing which
they will forfeit their admission to the course. Selected candidates must register themselves in
the Academic Office (Principals Office, Carman Block), Christian Medical College, Vellore on
07.05.2015 between 02:00pm and 5:00pm.

Valid reasons for registering on alternate days may be considered by the Principal. Failure to
register with all the valid documents on 07.05.2015 will result in the seat being offered to the
person next on the waiting list.
The selection process / admissions will be subject to any orders already passed or that may be
passed by the regulatory bodies.
Original & Govt gazette signed Photocopies (2sets) of the following documents are to
be presented at the time of registration:

MBBS Degree certificate in original issued by the University.
MBBS Course and conduct certificate in original issued by the Principal/Dean.
Certificate of completion of CRRI training in original issued by the Principal / Dean.
Migration certificate in original to be obtained from their respective University.
Transfer certificate issued by the Principal / Dean.
Tamil Nadu Medical Council Registration Certificates of MBBS.
Proof of date of birth certificate. (SSLC / HSc Mark sheet / Birth Certificate)
Service obligation completion certificate in original in the case of former sponsored students
of this college, giving full details of date of commencement and completion of service
obligation.
9. Sponsored candidates should submit a clear attested photocopy of the agreement signed on
stamp paper, by the candidate and the sponsoring agency. Non – compliance will result in
automatic cancellation of selection.
10. Sponsored candidates should also submit a certificate of completion of two years of service in
one / more Mission Hospitals of any supporting body of this institution after graduation.
11. Three passport size colour photographs for issue of identity card and for University
Registration.
12. 2 CD’s which contains the following files: (i) A passport size colour photograph in JEPG form
and (ii) a second copy of the candidate’s signature. Both the files and the CD cover should
be labeled with the name of the candidate and the course. The image file size should not
exceed 100 KB
13. Foreign Nationals must produce a “No Objection Certificate” from the Government of India.
