Sub: Revision in Regulatory Transaction Fees for mini-sized Contracts
In pursuance of the DGCX By-Laws, the Clearing Rules of the DCCC, and further to the Notice no.
COMP-2014-007 dated February 24, 2014:
Please be advised that the Regulatory Transaction Fees, levied by the Securities and Commodities
Authority (SCA), are revised from 3 US Cents per Contract to 0.6 US Cents per Contract for the
following mini-sized Contracts effective from Wednesday, June 10, 2015*.

Regulatory Transaction Fees, levied by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) for all other
Contracts shall remain unchanged at 3 US Cents per Contract.
Members are requested to take note of the above.
