The Awards Banquet was held on January 17, 2015 at the Holiday Inn and
Conference Center of York, PA. A big thank you to everyone who made this
possible. The evening’s Program was excellent and fun thanks to Ivan Beattie.

The 2015 series includes 2 NEW VENUES, LAMOKA MX, Fish Hill Road in the
town of Bradford, NY (overlooks Lake Lamoka) and PAVILION MX,
www.pavilion-mx.com, 1200 Taylor Rd., Pavilion, NY. The new venues are
impressive, you do not want to miss racing at these events.
This year’s first event is at Irish Valley MX Park, www.irishvalleymx.com, Paxinos,
PA on April 25 & 26. This is a joint championship points paying event for the
Northeast and North Atlantic XC/CC and MX series. The Irish Valley MX facility
offers awesome vintage low pipe friendly XC/CC and MX courses. The MX is 1.3
miles in length with elevation changes and sections similar to Unadilla. AHRMA
Members Dan Horengic and Davey Driver work with Tim Krebs (Owner of IVMX)
to provide everyone one of the best prepared events of the season. Here are the
details. . .
Saturday, April 25th: Cross Country, CC/XC, sign-up from 10am to 1:30pm at the
concession stand. 11am, Vintage sighting lap staging at the MX starting line.
Vintage CC/XC race starts at 11:30am. Post Vintage, Pre- Modern, and Modern
Support classes will start at 1:30pm. There will be a sighting lap for the Post
Vintage, Pre-Modern and Modern race following the Vintage CC/XC race.
Sunday, April 26th: MX sign-up from 7:45am to 9:30am at the concession
stand for Vintage, Post Vintage, Pre-Modern and Support classes.
Rider’s Meeting at 9:30am followed by practice sessions.
Racing starts around 10:30am.
Everyone is invited to a free picnic at the grove after the cross country event.
Free camping Friday and Saturday night. Also, free bike wash with a power
washer, flushing toilets, and hot showers. Food will be served at the concession
stand all weekend.

Our next event, LAMOKA MX, Bradford, NY is on Sunday, May 24. Saturday’s
(May 23) XC race is tentative. This is a new XC course our volunteer’s will be
working on. The Vintage MX Course is awesome! The length is 1.25 miles and
very wide (30’+) to facilitate great lines and safe passing. Fellow Member Renn
Shepherd is our host for this event. Please visit the Northeast website:
