Rates:
AIBS have obtained a conference rate for the Novotel Twin Waters Resort with the following rooms:
Resort room starting from $134, One Bedroom Suite starting from $224 and Overwater Lagoon Suite
starting from $314 per night.
All guests will be entitled to the negotiated rate on the 21-23 June 2015. The rate on either side of this
date will be subject to availability at the time of booking.
Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking and all bookings will have a 30 day cancellation
policy prior to day of arrival for full refund.
Booking are to be made directly with Novotel Twin Water Resorts by completing the booking form
attached at the end of this program.

All registrations are for a single delegate for the entire conference or day, no individual session
registrations accepted. CPD points will only be awarded to the registered delegate.
Full conference registrations cannot be split for different delegates on different days.
Day registrations cannot be split for different delegates on different sessions.
Cancellation

More than 30 days - full refund applies.

14-30 days - 80% refund.

7 - 14 days - 50% refund.

Less than 7 days - no refund.
No substitution of delegates against full or day registrations without the written confirmation of the
Conference Convenor.
No substitution of registered delegate during the daily sessions.
