Tournament Regulations
 Number of rounds: 9
 Time control: 90 minutes + 30 sec increment from first move
 Tie break: Buchholz Cut 1, Cut 2, Sonneborn-Berger & Median
Buchholz. Prize Money will not be shared in case of tie
 AICF Registration: AICF Registration Fee of Rs.250/- for the year
2015-16 is compulsory
 GCA Registration: GCA registration fee of Rs.200/- for the year
2015-16 is compulsory for Goa players
 Protests: Protests, if any, against the decision of the Chief Arbiter
shall be made in writing with a protest fee of Rs.500/- within 15
minutes of the occurrence of the incident to the appeals
committee
 Withdrawals: A player may withdraw at any stage, after informing
the Chief Arbiter in writing
 Right of Admission: The organizers reserve the rights of admission
to the venue and lodging places
 Lodging: Free for all GMs, IMs, WGMs and WIMs.
Other Players need to arrange their own accommodation
 THE DECISION OF THE ORGANIZING SECRETARY SHALL BE FINAL IN
