3. Please note that if any candidate has any course fees dues, his/her results will be withheld.
4. Please note that examination centre once opted will not be changed under any circumstances. The University
reserves the right to cancel any of the Centers/any particular course(s) due to administrative reasons. In such
cases, the students of that particular Center/Course(s) will be allotted to the next nearest Centre.
5. No Candidate will be permitted to appear for more than one course at a time.
6. Candidates are informed that all correspondence will be made to the address mentioned in the admission
form.

8. Examination application form can be submitted online through Alagappa University Website
www.alagappauniversity.ac.in (Those who are new to the online submission can refer to the details
given in step by step method).
9. Click “Apply Online” for getting examination application form on screen.
10. Fill in the online examination application form carefully.
11. Pay the examination fee through net banking or credit/debit card (nationalized bank cards are accepted).
12. The payment can be made through three banks- Canara Bank, Indian Bank and IDBI Bank.
13. After the successful payment of the examination fee, you will get a notification on the screen as
“your online hall ticket generation is successful”.
14. Click “Hall ticket take print out” to print the hall ticket instantly.
15. After the successful payment, if the hall ticket is not generated, the candidate should wait for 48 hours.
No need to apply again.

17. (i) Candidates shall be permitted to write the exams only, if they have Hall Ticket and Original Identity Card
issued by DDE, Alagappa University, Karaikudi.
(ii) The candidate’s photo should be attested by a Gazetted Officer in the Hall ticket.
(iii) No candidate will be permitted to write the examination without the
HALL TICKET and IDENTITY CARD on all days of the examination.
18. Revaluation of answer papers is permitted. The fees prescribed is Rs.500/- per paper for which revaluation
is solicited. The fee should be paid by means of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Registrar, Alagappa
University. A requisition letter covering the details of the name of the candidate, enrolment number, course,
subject for which revaluation is requested etc. should be sent to the Controller of Examinations, along with
the Demand Draft for payment of the revaluation fees within 10 days from the date of publication of the
results. Late applications will be summarily rejected.
