Men’s Retreat - One Week Away
Philippines Mission Trip
The theme for the Men’s Retreat is
Brotherly Love. All men are
encouraged to attend.
Today’s fundraiser: Hot dogs will be
sold after church today. Make sure to
buy some before you head off.
When: This coming Friday and
Saturday, 12-13 June.
Where:
The Lodge, 23 Lockwood Rd,
Belgrave Heights
Cost:
$70 per person

In summary we will need:
- BBQ, grill the sausages: 2 youth
- Selling the sausages: 2 youth
- Selling drinks: 1 youth
- Selling condiments: 2-3 youth
Adults will be assigned to each area,
so the youth won’t be coordinating
these tasks on their own.

Message to Parent - Volunteers
Required:
At next week’s fundraiser we will be
requiring youth volunteers to assist
with the BBQ and selling of food.
Year 7-10s (Youth) and
Year 11 and up (Young Adults)
Due to the Men’s Retreat this Friday
there will be no Youth Night.
Other Services - Arabic Speaking
Next week’s fundraiser: there will be
a big sausage sizzle and smal fete of
different condiments.
Please bring a plate to share with the
fellowship after the service.
Donations: So far over $1000 has
been raised. All proceeds will go
towards street missions, churches and
the Rehoboth Children’s Home.
Mission Trip Presentation, 14 June:

Team will be visiting our church to
give a presentation on the mission
trip.
