July 7th 9am to 12pm
SPECIAL RULES:
1. Limit 1 entry per class
2. Open to group, businesses, clubs, schools, organizations and families
3. Must be 5-7ft tall, including frame
4. May be sitting but must provide own chair/stool or free standing and self-supporting
5. Made from non-perishable materials
6. Signs may be placed at display to announce scarecrow’s name and organization/group and no
larger than 15” x 18” signage
