Conference registration fees can be paid online at www.arcindia2016.com by major credit cards such as VISA and
MasterCard. Bank transfer is also acceptable. Please state "36th ARC" and quote your name / company, and
registration ID on the bank transfer. A copy of the bank transfer should be emailed to ARC INDIA
at [email protected] . All bank charges for remittance must be paid by registrants.

Refund policy:
On or before 22nd October, 2015
: 10% of registration fee will be forfeited
From 23 October 2015 to 22nd January, 2016 : 50% of the registration fee will be forfeited
After 22nd January, 2016
: 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited
If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect a refund within 30 days post conference. Reinstating of
registration is not permitted after cancellation. You will need to register again.
Hotel information





Please note that the hotel reserves the right to release the rooms without further notice if no credit card details are
received. Credit card details are required to guarantee booking.
The official check in time at the hotels is 14:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 hours.
