Effective May 1, 2015, AHA will
be enforcing the “Non-Smoking”
Policy” at all AHA buildings.
There is “NO SMOKING”
allowed on AHA property. The

Addendum should be mailed back
to the office. If you have any
questions, please contact the AHA
office.
New Rent Increases
Please remember your new rent
increases will be effective May
1st. The Lease Addendums should
have been signed and submitted to
the office.

Laundry Room Issues
Laundry rooms at AHA sites are
for the use of tenants only. Please
contact the office if you notice any
mechanical issues with the
machines.
The COA walking event – Walk
the Rink starting May 6th every
Tuesday and Thursday to June 11th
from 9:30am-11am. The COA has
an exercise/balance and healthy
eating program and a social
support system.

Air Conditioners
Air Conditioners can be installed
in your window by May 1st. If
you need assistance with you’re

Center activities Monday - Friday,

24 hours in advance. The cost is
$1.50 each way. Van can
accommodate wheel chairs.

Vial for Life Forms
Medical Changes
Please remember to update your
personal vial for life forms with
any new medications you are
currently taking. You may find
new forms in the plastic file box
near the bulletin board. Keep the
form in your refrigerator

TRASH AND RECYCLE
Do not mix trash and recycle
together. Please keep separate.

Dial-a Ride allows you to ride for
only $5.00 each way, anywhere in
Arlington. Membership cards are
available at the Council on Aging
for $2.00. Any Arlington resident
who is 60 years of age, retired, or
has a verifiable disability and is of
low to moderate income is
eligible.

Please make sure you update all
necessary contact information in
the event of an emergency.
The AHA Shuttle Van
The AHA van is available
Monday,
Tuesday
and
Thursday, for travel within
Arlington. On Wednesday and
Friday the van goes to the
Burlington Mall and Market
Basket. Please sign up one day in
advance by 2:00 PM. Van tickets
are $20.00 - No Cash (check or
money order for van ticket).
