-Must log in and out of LSM using reset credentials (Reset credentials should begin
with 51528).
-Project must be done before or after service cycle no exceptions.

Item # 416567 SOLEUS FLAT PANEL 70PT DEHUMIDIFIER BUYBACK

Important Update: Old Item #377205 was linked to New Item #416567. Item #377205 is
NO LONGER a valid item number in the Lowe’s system. This means when you are checking on hand
counts use Item #416567. Also when the RTM process any Return to Manufacturer units they must
use Item #416567 to process the buyback. The only use for Item #377205 is to identify a unit that is to
Return to Manufacturer as referenced in the below picture. There may be other models of
Dehumidifiers in the RTM Cage. Any other Dehumidifier that is not Item #416567 will directly be
handled by the RTM Clerk and NOT the responsibility of Apollo.
All humidifiers should already be in the RTM cage – please check number on hand in the
system to verify this using item # 416567. The RTM clerk should be able to give you the on hand
counts.
Separate the humidifiers in to 2 categories/locations – Return to Manufacturer and Return to
Sales Floor based on the info below: Please make sure the RTM Clerk is clear that all packages
marked Item 377205 are returned to Manufacturer. Address provided below and should also be in the
Lowe’s System.

Give the RTM clerk RA #7277 plus Store # (example Store 1234 RA # would be 72771234)
and leave the Return to Manufacturer units in the RTM Cage.
Leave Return to Sales Floor units with the RTM Clerk at their desired location. The store will
be notified when the stop sale has been lifted and the units can be taken back to the sales floor.
