Customers who bought a bike which may be affected. If a customer's bike is affected, provide them with a coupon for use on Bontrager accessories. Send your Customer Service Representative details on affected bikes which require a skewer replacement, and coupon redemption statistics for reimbursement - no manual warranty claims required. Reimbursements and replacements will not be issued if serial number is missing. For full details on this recall, see the Dexter article. Download and import the Trek Bicycle Corporation QR Recall spreadsheet (available on www.ascendrms.com) under vendor Trek Bicycle Corporation; click for details on this process. 2. Email the file to your Customer Service Representative.5 Affected Customers To properly report your replacements for reimbursement, specific configuration is required; see System Setup (on page 1). 1. Create a work order for the customer; click for details on this process. 2. Scan or enter the appropriate Quick-Release Skewer Recall Replacement SKU on the work order. 3. In the Transaction Comments field, enter the serial number and (optional) Trek part number for the affected bike. Replacement skewers will not be issued if serial number is missing from this field. 4. Provide the customer with a recall coupon. Record their serial number in the space provided on the coupon. 5.
